I’m waiting for my parcel since 1 month to arrive from turkey to Canada nothing received up to date and the agent in PTT dosnt know where is the parcel so funny to say

Please deliver my parcel my sender already changes the address he already went to post to re correct my address

Whatever you do while you’re still alive, never use this people. You will never get your package and the worst is that the company does not know the location of your package once your ship your goods. This should last mistake you should make in life before death.
The world worst delivery company I give it to them.

The slowest company in the world hit and miss if you get your goods and definitely not got any customer service skills

Never received my goods from Turkey to United States it’s been over 4weeks sadly. Customer service rep ask for more money which we paid with no receipt given! Horrible Horrible service sadly!

Please where is my parcel to south Africa almost a month now CP054983320TR

This is the worst postal service I’ve come across in the whole world. They charge ridiculous customs fees and I’ve send 4 packages all with different tracking numbers last month and Royal Mail said 5-7 days shipping and they are still not arrived. I called Royal Mail and they’ve said that it has left UK and it’s most likely sitting in a warehouse.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are the worst I’ve come across

Impossible to contact & on hold for ages. Non responsive to social media contact & has taken so far 31 days & parcel not yet in UK from Turkey.

I have been waiting for my parcel from Turkey CP 058433393TR .I still have not received weeks n weeks almost a month now. Very unreliable and am failing to even track it online. Does anyone have their contact number . Please help

I sent package to turkey from London and i arrived London before package and i did change receiver adress from Turkey.It was medicine for Als pattiance and they ignore my request and return the package Uk.
They are so useless and have terrible service also they do not respect humans health as i imply medicine urgent for Als pattiance and consider address xhange.

My package is in transit from 15 days there is no update.Big headache this PTT is.Highly disappointed by their sevice.They consider bluetooth earphones as prohibited goods why just why.Its just an earphone

For turkey, its leaders and adminitrations, its a shame that their postal service (ptt) is extremely unreliable. Slow custom department for incoming packages, slow local delivery, items inside package being lost, everyday ordinary items not allow (such as supplements for personal use, toothpaste, small liquid containers and many more).

It is very sad, unfair and unreliable postal service that country turkey has.

This my 3rd delivery via ptt to find out something has been snatched from the parcel. Last thing l've posted out from abroad was an envelope. it has arrived in turkey in just over 2 days and seriously took another 9 days to be delivered to an address in Istanbul.as if that wasn't enough, there was a bill been issued by custom office to be paid during delivery. A total amount of 11 lira for an envelope that includes some documents only. Envelope has been opened and resealed carelessly,documents were in a terrible state .the lesson l've learned and advice to anyone who reading this unfortunate experience ;for anything you send to turkey from abroad, ask your courier to make sure delivery partner is not PTT. Well, if it is and you have no options, then make sure you don't send anything valuable.

My package went to turkey from US in one week now is three weeks it's not been delivered it to the person I send it to

I recieved the box but some clothes has been stolen from my box and the box was opened and they sticked it again
l will not recommend this company to anyone

-cheap, slow and low qualty delivering
-careless postmen and personels
-they can not even find an adress

for example
you buy something from united kingdom. it comes to turkey around 1-2 days. after ptt takes delivery but you can't take more than 1 week.
