After a little hick up in the beginning, another project manager took over my book, from then on, I couldn't complain. Very professional and kept me well informed throughout. My emails were usually replied with a day. I am very pleased with my first published novel, The Jewel of Arcturus.
Cheers all involved.

The team that guided me never gave less than 110% while working on my books, formatting, cover design, etc. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Helpful, considerate, and understanding every step of the way. I know people work to pay their bills, but some love the work that they do. I think that Publishing Push is the latter. They made, what was to me a daunting task, easy. A couple of months from start to finish. Brilliant. Many thanks to all involved.

I had the pleasure of having Scott work with me to develop exactly what I envisioned with my book. From the very beginning Scott was attentive and honest with each of my requests, came up with suggestions which often improved my thoughts. Scott was very patient and polite throughout and delivered responses in a very timely manor- even whilst abroad! I am truly happy with the finished results and those who have read it haven given amazing reviews! I defiantly picked the right publishers to help bring my dreams a reality. Thank you to all the team and the designers of my front cover for bringing what started as a thought - to actual reality. I am one happy author :-D (feels good to say/write that!)

I agree with Jenny and her problems. It has been the same with me re: the IngramSparks fiasco. This book launch is repeatedly being pushed back. Some of it is partly due to me as I have memory and confusion issues following a stroke and other factors some three years ago. How many times do I need to hammer home the fact that I cannot access the IngramSparks site. This venture has cost me 2 grand of my meagre compensation money. Not at all happy.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!!
It has been 3 months since publishing my book with Publishing push and it has been nothing but stress, hard work and loss of sales. Firstly, they advertise 'global account distribution setup' but what they don't tell you is that most of these online outlets will only upload the picture of your front cover. It will not contain a synopsis so customers don't know what they are buying but also for the first 2 months until I made them aware it was advertised in the wrong category.
Secondly, I have never been able to get into a KDP account as for some reason it has been blocked. After countless emails to the project manager kris it still wasn't getting sorted so I tried to contact KDP myself, but as the account was created by publishing push they will not give me any details and advise I go back to the publishers. I continued to try and correspond with Publishing push but they stopped returning emails.I eventually got a response from Patrick Walsh (CEO) and he changed my project manager. Ben was really helpful and started to make changes by re-categorising my book and trying to contact KDP. But after time I had to do the chasing and it seemed only after an email from me saying "another weeks past any update?" that there was another correspondence which before too long pretty much came to a stop again. So 2 months down the line, frustrated, stressed and upset I put up a bad review. Patrick quickly got in touch and was confident he could get this issue sorted if I would take down the review. I agreed to do so for 1 month to allow him to sort the issue. In that month I have only had one correspondence from Publishing Push to inform me that to have my synopsis uploaded with the book I will have to pay Neilsen £75.
Patrick openly told me in an email that they have had this problem with KDP a few times so I am not the first and doubt I'm the last and that the synopsis not attached is happening to a vast array of titles. My book has been for sale for 3 months and I have no idea how many books have been sold on Amazon or even if I am going to get paid! Patrick has also tried to convince me none of these issues are the fault of publishing push, I do appreciate the issues are with other companies but these are companies they have agreed to work alongside and convince the writer that this is the best option for a self- publishing package and happy to take your money knowing about these issues.
The month is up. I still have no account and no correspondence so here is my very honest review, where I am even more saddened, frustrated and upset than before. Publishing Push I signed a contract with you, you have mis-sold the package and haven't completed your contract I am following with further action

My first book was Know Your Sheep which was published 14 years ago by Old Pond Publishing of Ipswich, they published 18 of the 20 books plus variations for the USA market. Old Pond Publishing was possibly a small publisher by today's standards but they were experts in publishing, they lived and loved books. The owner decided to retire and sold the business and nothing was ever the same. I wrote another two books, Know the Wildlife of Central Park and Statues of New York City, and I decided to find a new publisher. For two years I contacted numerous publishers and only two had the courtesy to reply. I contacted Publishing Push, it was a pleasant surprise to find a publisher with the courtesy to reply, a rarity in the publishing world. May I say, in the opinion of a mature ‘gentleman’, if you are a first-timer or an old-timer contact Publishing Push, and you will receive a courteous, honest and professional opinion.

Really impressed with the Team at Publishing Push. I submitted my work with the request that it had a critical window of opportunity for publishing.
The Team stepped up and from submission to publishing took less than 10 weeks!
They are knowledgeable, professional, personable and supported by a wealth of resources to support the author.
Whether this is your first book or one of many, I cannot recommend them enough.

Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant!!
A seamless process from start to finish and I am so incredibly grateful for their guidance and support in bringing my book to life! Constantly there to respond to my questions and providing some excellent advice, I can whole heartedly recommend working with PP. The design process was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for more; I have been utterly delighted with their service. Particular thanks to Scott who was always so kind and thorough.

Where to begin. ? After I wrote my book Jacobs Journey I searched for a copy editor , found one , and then after 12 weeks of a terrible experience was back to square one. Dejected and lost I flung my book to the side. Then months later whilst online an advert for Publishing push popped up. A quick phone call later and the wheels were set in motion. And what a smooth , comfortable ride it has been. Everything dealt with the utmost professionalism and attentive care to detail. Scott was assigned to me. And I cannot praise him enough. Meticulous to understanding my vision for my book he threw himself into producing a finished article along with his team. Julie , who edited my book was outstanding. Quick and informative with a level of pure understanding of the characters and storyline. She invested in her work above and beyond. When it came down to my design of the cover , Scott was completely invested as if he himself had a stake in what I had created. Taking onboard all my wishes and pushing with utmost intent to get a finished article. The artists just kept plugging away until a compromise was achieved. Full respect to all involved , for a job that excelled, for the personal investment each gave. And for making Jacobs Journey come to life. Top marks all around. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. And Jacobs Journey part 2 will be brought back to you all , as soon as I get started on it. Xxxxx

I have recently published my first ever book called, Mistress - The Secret Desire, and I did it with the help of Publishing Push.
After searching for a long time, I finally decided to give Publishing Push a try and they did not disappoint. From the very first phone call I made to them, they were very helpful. They explained the process very well, helped me with the book cover, copy editing and even uploading it to KDP & Ingram.
I intend on writing a sequel, and will most certainly use Publishing Push again.

As a first-time indie author, I was clueless about the whole publishing process. I needn’t have worried because picking Publishing Push was the best thing I could have done.
From the outset, Scott and Julie in particular, and the team held my hand, explaining things in plain language and helping me along the way. Seemingly, nothing was too much trouble for these guys and the expertise and work they put in, brings great value for the indie author.
They guided me through the exhausting but crucial proof reading and editing stages of my first book in the Driveway Warrior series, and the finished product is one to be proud of.
I’m delighted how my non-fiction book Driveway Detailing Warrior has turned out and I will be using this excellent company for my second book in the Driveway Warrior series.
I do not hesitate to recommend them whole heartedly. Thank you Publish Pushing 😊

Publishing Push are an excellent, professional company. From the very beginning Benjamin and his team were always on hand to give me constructive advice on the layout for my book that was complicated because it contained legal content and lots of graphics. Benjamin and the team responded quickly to e mails, and even called a number of times. They left no stone unturned to ensure that any issues I had were resolved quickly. My book was delivered ahead of schedule and I shall certainly use this company again. .Thank you all so much.

I am back to write a second review on PublishingPush as my latest book 'Fragments of Remembrance' (Military History WW1) has just come on sale at Amazon. It is interesting to note that I was already a published author when I first approached PublishingPush in 2020 for 'That Bloody Band' and I found the publishing process easy and far quicker than going to a standard publisher. The help and advice I got, especially with this second book, has been most helpful, supportive and constructive. Above all great care and patience was shown by Kim and the team. The finished product of 'Fragments' (a book which contains over a hundred photographs) Is top-drawer. Well done PublishingPush!

The inspiration of putting my thoughts on paper has been there for maybe 3 decades on and off. About 3 years ago, I decided it was time to fulfil this dream.
I spoke to a few friends concerning publishers about a year ago and one told me I could publish a book on line.
I asked my eldest son to help me in this area as I wasn't too keen on the internet. he jotted down 10 publishers to choose from.
I woke up this particular day with profound energy. The feeling was great so I knew something was on the horizon. I phoned my friend again but he was so hard on me in the end I told him I needed a push
"well follow your instinct" he said.
As I scrolled through the net I saw this Rastafarian. I thought to myself this guy will like my work.
I decided to check the list my son had left, only to notice publishers push was the last on his list so that was a natural choice.
By now natural joy has occupied my whole being I didn't even know the gender of the person I spoke to when I rang publishers push. But now I believe it was Kim. She made me feel so important. I felt wanted because her tone was pleasing to my heart.
Now, for publishers push to accept my manuscript, over 40,000 outlets, Waterstone promoting my book, the constant encouragement from Patrick?, I will recommend publishers push anytime.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for their professionalism and for the person that designed the front cover, I say excellent job done.

From the word go, they have been terrific, all the information and advice given has been first class. Kim who has basically seen me through the project has been wonderful and so helpful, plus very pleasant to work with.
If you are thinking of publishing, I can't recommend Publishing Push enough.

Recently I posted a complaint in the wrong envelope, and gave Publishing Push a bad review. I have attempted twice to apologize, but could not send, as it stated, "due to maintenance at the receivers end". so, let me rectify my error this way.
Publishing Push in my opinion, do a wonderful job for all concerned, and the review I wrote was incorrect in every way, and was not deserved by Publishing push, and i can honestly say, and what I have read, they are an honest and well deserved Publishing Group, and me, being a novice with my first time effort, would like to correct my mistake by letting all readers know this message was not meant for them, and will certainly use them in my next transaction. Geoff.
