Very nice device + price. Some things can be improved.
Nice thin device, easy to hold. The cigarettes come to a really nice price with plenty to choose. I don't like the fact that it has a single filter (just at the top), i would prefer a double filter so i don't have to clean the device and pull the cover up to extract the cigarette. Otherwise it is a good one.

I like the delivery time and the responsiveness but I don't like the fact that clients like me, have to buy 10 packs and nothing lower in quantity.
This means that someone who is not a casual smoker and like more than one flavours, can not purchase less that 10 packs from various flavours.
This is surely a huge frustration.
