Worst customer service ever encountered

This company is impossible to deal with, I have been trying to arrange the delivery of my 2 water bottles for over a month (They have been paid for already) When you email, you get no reply, when you call you get told the delivery will be coming, when you phone the following week, you start the whole process again.
App does not work.
Will be cancelling this service!

This is hands down the worst company!!!

This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their service delivery doesn’t exist, product quality is awful, customer service is completely useless, and accounting and financial tracking is a total disaster. Even the water they provide is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I’ve been receiving messages and calls on my personal phone—never through any official channel. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs. Zero stars if I could.

From the outset of our business relationship, you failed to fulfil your contractual obligations by delivering only the machine and not the agreed water supplies.

Upon our request for delivery of the water, you sent it to the billing address instead of the designated shipping address, and only after an unjustified delay of three days.

Correct delivery to the proper shipping address required an additional and unacceptable delay of one week.

The delivered water was charged via direct debit, meaning payment was collected by you; however, you deliberately failed to provide the legally required corresponding invoice, despite repeated formal requests.

You did not deliver the second batch of water on the date you explicitly committed to, in clear breach of your own assurances. I was compelled to contact customer service seven times without resolution.

All delivery attempts were made outside standard business hours, using constantly changing telephone numbers, a practice that is unprofessional and unacceptable.

You entirely disregarded my explicit instruction that all communication be conducted in a regular, scheduled manner via the company email address, and not through my personal phone number.

You repeatedly ignored formal requests for invoices related to additional payments already made.

You sent multiple messages to my personal phone number demanding payment for an alleged outstanding balance, including IBAN details, without providing any documentary evidence, invoice, or legally valid record to substantiate your claims.

You consistently failed to deliver the water on the agreed dates and attempted to communicate through third parties using inappropriate and unprofessional language, incorrectly assuming this to be acceptable conduct.

As a direct result of your severely deficient customer service, I formally requested cancellation of the service. Since then, for two consecutive days, you have persistently contacted me from different phone numbers in an attempt to coerce me into deleting the public evaluation I submitted.

You sought to exploit my lack of full fluency in the language of communication in order to deliberately create ambiguity and obstruct clear and effective communication.

Please be formally advised that I received yet another persistent and unsolicited call this morning. This pattern of conduct constitutes harassment. Should it continue, I will proceed without further notice to pursue all available legal remedies.

Ex Eden Springs customer, service now terrible

I am an Eden Springs customer. Since being taken over, service levels have plummeted. I can no longer place ad hoc orders. If I send a message to customer service, I do not get a response. I am trying to close my account because of the terrible service, and I can't even do that because my messages are ignored. Never thought I'd say this, but bring back Eden Springs.

Still bad after 6 years.

Still bad after 6 years.
• Poor hygiene: Found hair in water bottles.
• Unreliable service: No scheduling, they just show up randomly on a week day.
• Broken bottles: Often receive broken or leaky bottles.
• Faulty equipment: Water dispensers have been leaking for years.
• Unresponsive: No replies from customer service.
• Filthy bottles: Water quality is questionable with filthy bottles delivered regularly.

horrible horrible experience

horrible horrible experience, In 2024 how can we have companies in business that make you pay upfront for a service that they never deliver, they should be out of busniess. After having paid for the delivery and bottles - 6 weeks later I have not gotten anything - do me favor and read customer reviews of 1 and 2 starts, there are many and they all mention the same thing - PAYED AND NOT DELIVERED. Go the truspilot UK of this company and you´ll see the same complaints....I am talking to my bank to cancel the charge and will file a formal complaint with local authorities so they stop doing this :)

1 month later charged but not delivered

I placed an order from Eden Springs on their website. One month later i am still waiting,even though they say deliver in mainland portugal 5 days however they have deducted the money from my bank account

I have tried to contact them several times by phone, it is impossible, the machine always says they have a very high volume of calls - how strange, i called 20 times over the last month at different times of the day and it always says that....could it be you only have one person taking calls?- I have also sent several emails they always say they´ve identified the problem but the truth is 1 month later NOTHING.

PLEASE DON´T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Update: on the 14/08/24 - They called me last week after i posted this message obviously..the lady on the phone profoundly apologize and assured me promised me it would be delivered on monday 12th august....Today Wednesday still nothing, you cannot give a worst service than this - seriously this company is a real joke!
