Communication from Customer Service is terrible
No one answers my calls from the main customer service line. No one returns my emails. I have been invoiced for orders that are not mine. I have to call the personal mobile number of the delivery man to get water, otherwise the deliveries are not regular. The delivery man I call now is the only good thing about the service because he does call me back and delivers when he says. Other than our current delivery driver, I have been very disappointed in this company.

Wouldn't recommend
1. I would highly not recommend Eden Spring. In 2 years the water dispenser broke 4 times (because they re-used very old machine) and every time it takes 5 emails, 6 calls and 2 months to get a new machine.
2. Also we found hair in a bottle, we got in contact with a lady from customer service who said she would call back to follow up on that problem, she never did.
3. Bottles delivered are always so dirty. This + the hair we found really made us suspicious regarding the quality of the water...

Polite Sales Team
I was very happy that the person I spoke with during the sales part was very patient, polite and very knowledge about their product.
The water taste is fine and not sweet or odd tasting.
A bit disappointing that the sticker label of Eden Spring was not properly stick on the machine, thus it does not look professional. No or very little attention was given to it.
However I would like to suggest that they come up with a machine where a taller glass can fit while refilling from the machine. I also noticed the machine only has a small water passage so it takes time for a glass to be filled.
Hopefully this helps your company improve and get better. Thank you so much.
