New Device

I was smoking only the Davidoff ssl_live and i didn't know about the heat version the 🆔 bold_magenta it's exactly what i was searching... It's the same and im absolutely satisfied ... The only problem it's that i have the new version off Device but no case i need only that...! 🤩💯

Faulty device or wrong instructions

I have never been able to smoke anything else but regular cigarettes. The latest device with the blue flavour was great which made me believe that I could change to pulze. However I was given wrong instructions by the seller and although I read the instructions myself I cannot use the device which is probably faulty

No consistent policy

The subscription program seems to differ every single month, either by changing with no prior notice the place of the reception of the package, either by deciding to alternate the whole delivery agreement by sending the agreed package via courrier when the agreement was to be sent in Box Now spots. In addition to this, the program (app and mail) keeps sending offers that can never be included in the monthly subscription, and as so are useless to my status that has supposingly been upgraded.

Great smoke quality and variety of products and flavors, especially in tobacco flavors.
The device is very easy to use and clean and can last for almost one and a half packs (around 30 cigarettes). I tried the new one and I am even more satisfied than with the older one, even though I had no complaints with it

Pulze keeps spamming me with emails…

Pulze keeps spamming me with emails about pulze products (which I never signed up for as I don't even smoke). Multiple failed attempts to unsubscribe and despite marking the mail as spam I keep getting unsolicited emails
