Very good experience compared to other nicotine bar heating products. The only weak spot is the fact that debris gets stuck inside it frequently.

Order and delivery was OK. A minor glitch on the web app: the first attempt, credit card and Boxnow, failed the payment; the second attempt, pay on receipt went OK, however the shipment was not direct delivery but still through Boxnow

Why iSenzia is so expensive?

I bought iSenzia ice menthol and the taste was grate. I wish I knew why it is so expensive since it is not taxed as tobacco.
