Pump King 

Card ordered advised would be one week, arrived after umpteen e-mails 3m later. Text prices all 4-7p more expensive than both supermarket and local independent garages. Straw poll of 50+ people 2 used to save with the card but don't now. 9/3 58 text messages over an hour, website disappears for hours. Not just me either. Cancelled Pump-King Card, authorisation for debit card payments and debit card. Should be billing them for the time wasted.

This really is an awful company. Difficult to believe in this day and age that a company can be so bad. I to have received about 50 texts today. I also got sent 3 cards all with different pins. And then they threatened me because they couldn't collect payment because I'd cancelled the wrong card!! For those who are worried about hacking security - I think I would have to agree. If they can't get the basics right what chance for the more difficult bits
Who are these people? Do they need to be properly investigated?

Had over 50 texts from them today. What is going on, took 2 and about months to get the card but I've not used it yet as my local Tesco is cheaper.

Couldn’t give less than 1 but would have done if I could. Having waited for weeks for my card, been diverted from one website to another during the signing up process and realising that the discounted price was anything but, the final straw was a txt message per minute for over 40 minutes today until I found out how to stop them by blocking the number. Closing the account and blocked the bank account I had connected to it. Even the advertised website is no longer accessible. Thanks for suggesting them Motorhome and Caravan Club!

Sent three cards all different pin numbers. Today 9th March received same endless text over 30 times. Blocked number in the end. Web site doesn't exist any longer so don't know how to cancel card.

Esso, you need to do something about them as they are using your name

As everyone who has a pump king card will know, this morning has been disastrous. more than 60 texts, immediately one after the other, my phone would barely do anything else, so I had to switch it off. How bad is that.

Trading standards needs to look at this Company as they are incompetent to say the least. ESSO themselves need to get involved as it's dragging their Company down with them. Reluctant to go near an Esso station in future, I'd have to be pretty desperate to do so.

Ordered mine last year 2018 and it still hasn`t arrived despite numerous promises that i`ll have it soon.
Now i`m reading that they`ve possibly been hacked and now the website it down / non existent.
Avoid like the plague.

Took weeks to receive card. Then got 3 cards! 50 texts this morning. Not worth the saving. Website now down.

A complete shambles! I was enrolled via CMC. So far I've received 3 cards since Dec 18. None will register. Links on Google are dead ends. SHAMBOLIC. TODAY they sent me 55 yes - fifty-five consecutive texts to tell me how much fuel will be this week. Still no card, still no contact - no response to the e-mails I've sent.

Saviing a penny or two via your card isn’t worth this hassle :-(

I signed up to this service after being recommended by a friend around 2-3 months ago and provided my personal and bank details. Having had an initial email stating that I would receive my card within 7-10 working days, I waited and waited and around a month ago received a follow up email which apologised for the delay, explained that there had been technical problems with their system and that the cards would follow shortly. Meanwhile I was still receiving weekly texts regarding current prices.

Today, for whatever reason, I have been bonbarded with text messages. Thank goodness I found this site as none of their two numbers provided are available (one doesn't work, the other states that they're closed over weekends). The talk on here that they've been hacked is hugely concerning as they have our financial and personal details. I'm awaiting any form of response from the company. In the meantime... avoid like the plague!!!

They seriously do not deserve one star! Like the others on here I’ve been bombarded with texts this morning. Finally think I’ve managed to block their number. Sounded like I was going to save money on the price of the forecourt price, but as it it’s about 4-5p dearer so I’ve never used the card that took weeks to arrive. Complete waste of time.

.. I have made 78675464 a contact and blocked it.. no texts for 15 mins so far...
Another reviewer suggested sending STOP to another number but still too risky.
Have been in touch with my bank’s security dept and stopped my linked debit card; after they looked at the reviews while processing my request they said I had done the right thing. These days it’s not worth taking the risk, who knows what other people Pump King might pass personal customer details to.

My main concern is that they have either been hacked, or this was a complete scam from the start. What is worse, they will have your personal details, bank details as well as phone and email. Doesn't bode well....

website gone same as others 40 odd texts 2day to my husbands phone! just looked on youtube on how to block them when you haven't got a number ... click on name and ring it then hang up then use that number as their contact detail then block, think someone else has done same... fingers crossed! will try to report them to...

Only giving a one star as unable to give a zero. What an appalling outfit and would recommend that everyone avoids. Still not received my card but even worse have had in excess of 50 txt messages today all stating the same information. If and when my card ever turns up it will be returned. Keep Clear of this lot.

I too have suffered the multiple messages received from them. You need to enter their number as a contact on your phone. its 78675464.
Then block the contact and the messages will stop.
As a company I have only used it once. I filled my car and the card would not be accepted. It cost me £2 more than the filling station I passed to go there. Will not use again.

Text STOP to 07860 039525 to stop the fuel price text message from bombarding you. Had over 50 of them, a poor company. Will be cancelling my card whenever their website starts working again.

60 text messages this morning, their website is down, no response to phone calls - what a shambles. Prices always more than forecourt prices. The Caravan Club needs to stand up and be counted over this total shambles of a situation
