I suspect they have been hacked.....oodles of text messages about the price of fuel this week every minute or so......however also their website has gone offline !!!!!

They have your bank card details !!!!
Although they don't have mine now as I've cancelled my bank card.

Terrible. Do Not Use. 50+ texts in 30 mins

Bad customer service.
Being spammed with texts.
Prices not that good.
Website down.
And they have my personal details.

Sort it out pump king.

My wife has had 44 in the last hour. Must be something wrong with there system

Also sick of all these texts. Like everyone else blocking doesn’t work and can’t contact them as the website is down.
Not worth the bother with all this hassle and only saving a few pence on transactions.

Very unimpressed when first got the card was saving about 6p litre now lucky if it’s 1 or 2p waste of time and I have also had 40+ texts this morning and they are still coming and the website is down so cannot do anything but worry about my card details being stolen by whoever has hacked their website pissd off

Biggest waste of time ever. Lower than average fuel prices my a##e. More like lower than motorway fuel prices thats all. If you have to refuel on a motorway services sorry its bad planning.As for repeated msgs cant count anymore.

OVER 150 MESSAGES SO FAR THIS MORNING - DISGUSTING!!

Like everyone else, 40+ texts and the price is now higher than the pump!! Why would you sign up to pay more? It was good while it lasted, and thank you for the money saved, but all good things must come to an end, and today seems to be that day :(

This morning I have received twenty four text messages (and still counting!) Grrrrrrrrrr! informing me of this coming weeks prices.
The idea is good. You can save money if you buy strategically but their administration is atrocious. First card took twelve weeks to arrive. It did not work. i then received a letter saying all the cards would be replaced by a date that they failed to keep. They can't possibly survive in a competetive world with such sloppy behaviour.
If they can, I'll suggest my grand-daughter starts a business as competition and she will do better. She is five years old.

Got one card (AFTER WAITING 4 MONTHS) and then told it was invalid and they would be sending out new ones to everyone. Never got one. Have seen petrol prices cheaper elsewhere and now to cap it all I am on my 37th text today!!!! Can't stop them, can't reply, can't block as no associated number is provided. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Stop sending me texts. I've had nearly 30 now. 1 every 30 seconds or so for the last 45 minutes. Waited about 6 weeks for a card, now actually find ASDA and SAINSBURY's cheaper. Haven't used card yet. Dont think I will either. Need to cancel. I've received a further 5 texts about fuel prices since starting to type this Argh!!!! STOP!!!!

Pretty much the same as previous posts. Have not used it yet as the prices are rubbish. Colleague got charged twice and had a nightmare trying to get the money back. Tried stopping these texts, that didnt work so have now blocked them on my phone. Will be cancelling but web site seems to have dissapeared! Joke

Never want to hear from this company again!! Having to watch messages as relative ill, otherwise I would switch my phone to silent! Same message seems to be coming through every minute and their website isn't working either so I can't cancel my membership

Can someone stop the text messages coming in, it is constant

stop sending repeat text, must have had 40 + this morning and driving me mad, so much i might consider closing my account. 3 more texts whilst writing this what's going on!!!!!

Just looked at phone 49 messages have come from pump king today!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have received over 40 messages today and still they keep coming in - I wish I had never signed up. My nearest Esso station is over 20 miles in a direction I do not travel.
