The instructor is very good and the workout is very easy to follow, fun but intense. I recommend it to everyone. Really enjoying and always looking forward to join.

I've attended Ravi's Pungra classes for a few months and they are energetic and fun with a selection of good Punjabi tracks that motivate you to push a little further. Exercising in a group helps you keep motivated and everyone encourages each other. It has a good positive atmosphere and you leave feeling energised and set for that day.! Why I like Pungrafit and what it brings to the table…
I enjoy Panjabi music and being able to exercise to it and learn some traditional moves as part of the highly energetic exercise classes are a bonus. Highly recommend these sessions which are adaptable for all ages. You just need an appreciation of Panjabi music and the exercise/dancing comes naturally.

The classes are so much fun, it doesn't feel like exercise, the moves are nice and easy to follow and I get a good workout, highly recommended.
Addicted to Pungra workouts
No doubt that workouts are primarily for staying healthy. But I think it is hard to sustain any exercise program unless it is fun.
That’s why I am writing this review: if it is not only good exercise but also real fun what you’re looking for, you should meet Pungra workouts immediately. It is a real joy to follow them.
And one more thing: great instructing in the sessions makes it very easy to do even more difficult steps and routines.
Highly recommended.
Get up from the couch and move.
The world we are living in forced us to do most of the stuff Virtual. One way it seems like we are more closer. I just found this you tube pungra cardio videos and I am loving it. I will recommend to my friends and family, it's very easy to follow and do it on your own pace.

I would like to say a big thank you as the pungra classes have helped me to maintain a balance between work and my exercise.
At first I did find it very hard but I now really enjoy the classes I watch and exercise to during the week.
I am now looking to join the live classes and go beyond. This balances my normal exercise that I do Ling with this.

Covid 19 kicked which meant no joining…
Covid 19 kicked which meant no joining pungra classes but Ravi singh made it all possible. His amazing videos didnt just help me but also my retired parents which kept them moving on lazy sundays. Very greatful for the on going suport recieved by Ravi and his team. After a busy hectic day at the hospital the excitement for my pungra class has not only helped my weight loss jounrey but mentally kept me happy

Pungra a super fit way to get fit!
My friend recommended Pungra classes to me after I was complaining of a lack of exercise and feeling sluggish through the the pandemic!
Due to Covid & not going to the gym or having my regular PT sessions I felt I had gotten into a rut and making many excuses not to exercise! As lockdown continued, I seemed to be doing less and less exercise! I felt myself gaining weight, becoming stiff so I thought why not try this, it’s only 20 minutes!
I finally joined & I’m so happy I did as the first class was a lot of fun albeit having poor coordination being breathless but the Punjabi music was just great to exercise to. I had a lot of fun hence I continued!
Everyone in the group was very friendly and I’ve continued & join classes when I can and with 3 classes a day during the week Pungra is more flexible & it’s easier now to join a class! All the people are very friendly, so welcoming and no judgements made but just a wonderful opportunity to have a chit chat with lovely people and have fun whilst exercising!
After every class I feel a great energy and it sets me up for the day with a positive mindset! My Fitbit is also very happy with me as I’m meeting targets again!
I would recommend anyone to join the class regardless of ability! Practice will make perfect and the videos are so much fun with great music! When I can’t make a class, I will complete a video in my own time but joining as part of a friendly group makes all the difference!

During pandemic this one was good to remain connected, we were disconnected to our near ones but pungra classes grew us closer to each other reducing our mental distancing
Dance with Pungra
The best fitness/ dance classes I have come across.... Pungra with Ravi is fun and exciting, the way he teaches Bhangra is phenomenal and now am dancing with his tunes online thrice a week which takes care of my fitness and mental health during lockdowns... am glad I found you online 🙏

A fantastic grass routes group providing real fitness opportunities,knowledge and friendship. An all round fun and effective package all at no cost. The varied range of options inc timings is fantastic. Pungra is making a real difference long term. Nice one.
Getting your body Moving to pungra…
Getting your body Moving to pungra exercise is so easy, and especially in lockdown this past year and this year..... people feel isolated and depressed ( like me) there are days that I don't feel like doing any exercise but the pungra exercise with others to boost your confidence in a group just makes you want to finish the chores quickly and join in, and the best thing is the moves are high and low impact... so there's no need to stress if doing right or wrong, just moving that body and getting off the couch for 20 min a day helps to take stress out mentally and physically immensely, I love it as we actually made friends on zoom via pungra workouts 🥰 I honestly can't wait for lockdown to end and use the studio to help ravi make more videos to help others, literally my social life is to help make videos and have fun too
Absolutely excellent way to stay fit
Absolutely excellent way to stay fit mentally as well as physically. Particularly in lockdown. Before lockdown it wasnt just exercise, it was fun exercise as well as exhilarating. In Lockdown with the medium of technology it may not be on the same, but it's great fun and doing it together with fellow Pungra community. I have reccomended it to my friends and family and they love it too.
brilliant class to get you moving
The morning class is a great way to get the heart going and the day off the great start and with a 2nd class in the afternoon this breaks the day up nicely and get you moving between meetings. well organized, with great music, with a great team pushing everyone to do well, am glad I joined the class this year to help become more fit and move more during the day
