Sammy/Francisco were great guide tours, very informative..Pickup time was prompt and Ziplining/MonkeyLand was a great experience, awesome excursions.. Thank You Punta Cana Runners Adventure, definitely using again when we return.. Highly Recommended

Great communication before and after our tours.
We were a family of 7 adults and 3 young children. We went on Dolphin Encounter/ Swim and small private boat tour. AMAZING! Thank you Gianni and team . Wonderful memories.

My daughter booked a tour in Punta Cana and they never showed up for the pick. No communication that things changed. Some red flags I noticed - they want cash so they charge a 20% surcharge if you use credit card. They post Tripadvisor reviews on their site, but I couldn't find them on Tripadvisor. Their website looks legit, but I question if they are legit. With the cash preference, would it be a robbery instead of a tour? Luckily, the tour operator in the resort matched the price and the tour was booked at the beginning of the vacation so there was time to book again. Do your due diligence before booking. I would not recommend them.

We got our room and when we got to the room we had no water and lots of bugs that bite. The room was dirty and dated.took us 3.5 hrs to get another room it was like pulling teeth.on there web site the food in the restaurants sounds good until you get there the meat has flavor but you have to work on it to break it up. The buffet was below average they served you food from a dinner. 80% of the staff didn't understand English.
4 star it is not. We were 11 Golfers on this trip March 2023 trip and all of us where very disappointed and sad that we would never return

Excellent value, great deals, great experiences.

I booked two experiences with puntacanaadventures.com, Soana island and the zipline and monkey adventure.

Soana island was absolutely insane and well work the 90 dollars (81 after the 10% off). Yes there is a lot of coach travel involved but a taxi to the port alone would have cost $100, let alone the actual boat trip, lunch and travel back.

The staff are friendly helpful and entertaining.

I was supposed to go on the zip line today but when noticing my transfer was late I messaged the company on WhatsApp. Turns out my experience was supposed to be yesterday and I missed it!

No problem for these guys, the gentleman i spoke to was very calm, kind and helpful. He tried to contact the driver to see if he could pick me up today, and when he couldn't get hold of the driver he rebooked me in for another day that suited me schedule.

I can imagine most other companies would have charged a fee if not asked that I completely rebook the experience.

Overall fantastic experience with puntacanaadventures.com. Would highly recommend you book with these guys if you're looking to do any excursions on your holiday to Punta Cana.

My husband and I went to DR for our honeymoon and we used Punta Cana Adventures for our excursions! We also live in the Caribbean but had never been to any of the other islands so this was a first for us. From booking to drop off at our hotel the service was top notch. We did the Soana Island tour, boat ride and the Dunn Buggies village excursion Soana was my absolute favorite and I always brag about going to this beautiful untouched clean island. The Island is so beautiful our tour guide was well knowledgeable about the islands culture and history. He was friendly and ensured our group was together at all times. On the tour we got to go to the local souvenirs stores and did the coffee tasting tour (which was absolutely delicious and amazing) and watched as our flavored cigar were rolled and boxed! We are planning to return to DR for our anniversary and will Definitely be using Punta Cana Adventures to book our tours!

Great experience for a great price. This was the first time in Punta Cana & we loved it stuff was very helpful & fun. Transportation was on time & reliable they provided us lunch & drinks. Definitely will use this service again 10/10

So much fun!! And great for a large group. We had 18 and enjoyed it so much!! We got to spend time with the monkeys and they were awesome! So worth the money.

Scape Park is a very beautiful place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The 8 platform zipline was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous, sunny day in Scape Park.

I’m super skeptical of the excursions being sold on the resorts in the Dominican but WOW. Punta Cana Adventures has restored my confidence in booking excursions. I did the salto el Limón and Cayo Levantado tour and the saona islands tour. Both were so much fun. I felt incredibly safe the entire time, the guides were super attentive, and the natural scenery was stunning. The one thing I’d suggest is packing a dry change of clothes to keep on the bus, the rain there is so on and off you can get soaked before getting back into the bus for the two hour ride lmao. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time. The lunches included in both days were quite copious and tasted way better than I expected. Would definitely use Punta Cana Adventures again during my next trip!

The customer service provided was excellent. I work in customer service as well, so I always appreciate it when it is done correctly, and Punta Cana Adventures did not dissapoint in that department. I came to Punta Cana with my wife for our honeymoon and planned a few excursions through this company. Hurricane Fiona came through the area that same week which canceled most of our excursions (which was totally understandable). Throughout the week, the customer service team kept in constant contact with me, answering any questions that I had very quickly. They offered to reschedule our canceled excursions or refund us for the excursions we did not go on. We would have rescheduled, but we were leaving to go back home, so we decided to get a refund. I'm sure there were so many other people that this company had to reimburse or refund throughout the week too. And I know the staff had to deal with the aftermath of the hurricane in their personal lives as well. Despite all of this, they were always so kind to talk to, and responded very quickly. I definitely recommend booking with them as they go above and beyond to make sure your trip goes well. Thank you for helping make our honeymoon a safe and fun experience!!!

Used this company while on holiday we booked 3 tours .Very professional service they arrived on time at our hotel and had 3 amazing days out .Great fun good hosts and well worth the money… definitely will use again. Also a choice of payment method, buy now and reserve to pay later ,we thought was a great idea .

Honestly I usually book with tui or hotel, it was so much better booking with local companies as well as being cheaper and obviously giving money to the local people instead of big companies, the trips we managed to go on with this company were amazing. From booking to pick up and drop off I had communication with modesto he was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for me and my partner. I would 100% reccomend Punta cana adventures if your coming to Dominican. I was skeptical who to book with and not wanting to be scammed and loose my money I researched a few local companies and so glad with my choice. Amazing tour guides and spoke so many different languages very good company!
