The bed took weeks to come, and then the quality is appalling, it looks nothing like it does on the website! Very poorly made.
I have tried contacting them and have sent 8 emails, no response.
Customer services is non existence.
Will be doing a charge back on my Visa.

Do not use this company!

There has been no responses to emails sent regarding my order. I have also messaged via Instagram.
I have been charged for the bed, but have not received the email confirming dispatch within the 5 day period.
Extremely concerned that I have now ordered from a fraudulent company after seeing recent terrible reviews.

Bought this bed. Like others reviewers it took weeks and weeks to arrive. Lasted less than a week before falling apart. Contacted them 14 times. Refused a refund. They say they have sent a replacement. This breaches my consumer rights. I've opened a dispute with PayPal.
Dreadful company. Dreadful product. Don't waste your money or your time.

Delivery took longer than I’d hoped but the bed is wonderful. Our puppy loves is & took to it instantly. He also enjoys attacking it & dragging it round the house, & it hasn’t come apart yet!

Great bed! I have a happy little pooch. Bed exactly as described and can’t complain at all.

This is one of the best puppy purchases we have made! Charlie the cockapoo love loves loves his bed. I think cockapoos are notorious for being anxious but he really does seek comfort in his bed. As he has grown and it’s become hotter he likes to tip it upside down and use it the other way!

Absolute rubbish.
I bought one of these calming beds at the end of March, it arrived the 2nd week in April. I dog sit half a day once a week. By mid May the bed had come apart at the seams, no damage to the material, the stitching had given way. Puppy Creche refused to exchange on the grounds of their 14 day exchange /refund policy and refused to abide by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They say they are UK based but the bed was in a bag marked China. Not a UK company. DO NOT buy from this company.

Ordered and took 3 weeks to arrive . It’s not as fluffy and as padded as the advert shows. Collecting our puppy tomorrow so that will be the test , ordered a large but it’s not as big as the picture shows . Will last a couple of months and will purchase another one when he gets bigger, but from a shop where you can actually see what your buying

Received beds but wrong size, been in contact on info email address. Seems to have shut down completely as of last night?
Anyone else having this problem?

My new puppy loves his beds. He’s tried to chew them but so far they’re holding strong & he’s not shredded!
That deserves 5* in itself!

Absolutely love this pet calming bed, my boy sleeps so well and completely snuggles down in it, it's so good I've ordered another one for my daughter's dog, we definitely give it a 10/10. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, but worth the wait 🐾😁

Still waiting!! ordered the bed back on the 9th Feb, still no sign of the bed. I have sent emails but just got lied to saying the bed was with Hermes but they are having COVID delays, of course i'm aware COVID is causing some delays but i have had numerous parcels delivered by Hermes within days of order. The bed is being shipped from China, so i'm guessing this is where the delay lies especially with the Chinese New Year, but if this is the case be honest and tell people at checkout how long delivery wil take.

We ordered 2 beds thinking that paying a bit more we will get a good quality product.
The beds arrived after few weeks, the product looked good but already it seemed like we have overpaid.
Not even 3 months in the "indestructible" bed was destroyed. Fluff everywhere.
I know it can be blamed on the dog as some dogs get very nervous etc but I have 2 home bargains beds which cost us under £20 that are still completely fine despite being used for longer...
Stay away, don't waste your money.

VERY POOR QUALITY!!

Hardly any padding even though they advertise extra padding and it's very lumpy around the sides.
They also state that it has a removable washable cover which it doesn't.
On my postage packaging it clearly states its worth $5 not the £30 I paid and that's exactly all its worth.. What a disgrace a company is able to do this. Taking advantage of people.

You get no response when you email.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Would have not given any stars, been waiting over a month for calming bed, still not arrived asked for refund and told this can only happen if you ask for it within a hour of ordering, they have told me it has been dispatched, but no sign of it yet and won't refund. DO NOT WASTE YIUR MONEY

Do not order from this company. Cheap rubbish from China (the shipping note actually puts the value of the bed at $5!). Had to return because it took a month to arrive (ordered the same bed for half the price and it arrived within 2 days), questioned why I was returning and then have to pay shipping costs to...Australia. Advertising themselves as UK's most popular dog bed based in Australia, shipping from China.

Would rather take the hit on the shipping cost than be stuck with it and give them the cash. There are many dog beds like this- don't buy from this company.

Bed only lasted a couple of months before ripping at the seam. Completely ignored all of my emails/Facebook posts/direct messages. Avoid this company. Shocking customer service once they have your money.

We welcomed a beautiful Cane Corso puppy into our family back in December, I saw the adverts for this bed and I was a bit dubious but decided it's worth a try. For those that are unaware of the cane corso breed, they are not small dogs even when they are puppies so I purchased the XL bed. Although it's not what I would class as XL it will see my puppy through for atleast 12months. She has tried and failed to destroy the bed, it washes lovely and overall it's a brilliant product

Me dog loves his bed. He has never been one for being on his own and he has major anxiety problems. But his new bed he loves. He puts all his toys in there and his bone he even eats his treats there. Brilliant bed thank you kindly from Buddy Newson-Sutton
