Bought a lovely soft bed for our 6month lab Luna. Full of energy and mischiefwould not sleep more than an hour. She absolutely loves her bed it keeps her warm safe and most importantly sleeps undisturbed through the night.
Great delivery time too.

This pet bed is brilliant, my long legged Kelpie X loves it very much. I was a bit dubious about ordering as several reviewers said they had problems with delivery, but mine was delivered very promptly. My only complaint would be it could be stuffed a bit more firmly, and I haven't washed it yet so can't comment.

AVOID!!! It eventually arrived having been sent from China. It's nothing like advertised. Cheap and poorly filled.

Amazing product and amazing service. The bed I ordered was lost in transit initially, but not a problem! Customer service helped me and had a new bed shipped. This company has great customer service which is hard to come by. They reply quickly, you can track your order and nothing is too much trouble. Will recommend it to all my friends.

This bed is attractive and does calm my dog. However,I bought it because the web information said it was chew and claw proof. Be warned it is not. The fabric cover is very thin. My dachshund had chewed a hole in it within 12 hours and pulled out stuffing. I contacted the company who said that if I provided a photo showing the damage I might get some compensation. I refused this as the bed is not fit for my purpose. Customer services were prompt and helpful.

Our puppy absolutely loves his bed when it finally arrived. So much so, I want to purchase a larger one as he grows bigger by the day. I experienced many of the same issues reported on the site, and I had to wait a significant amount of time for it to be delivered and I was constantly being told that it was suck in customs. I ended up waiting almost a month .... but it did finally arrive and it has been a godsend since.

Bed dispatched a week ago apparently but nothing has arrived. I'm assuming it is coming from China, as when I click my tracking code it takes me to Yun Express page. No updates since despatch.
I will give it until next week and then I'll be requesting a refund through PayPal. Will update this review if the finally arrives.

My dog bed has finally arrived!
It is a nice product, very soft and fluffy. My puppy loves it. It is not the best quality out there but for the price I'm happy. You can't take the cushion out to wash separately, but the bed looks thin enough to fold up and put in a washing machine.
My puppy has had a go at chewing the bed already to no avail, however he is only a small 9kg dog. I'm not convinced it would hold up against a larger breed as the material is a little thin.
If you are prepared to pay less but wait 3-4 weeks for delivery then I would recommend. If you want one of these dog beds in a rush, then I would suggest paying abit more else where.

So their 5-12 day delivery timeframe is not accurate. They are shipped from China and their website tracking is incorrect (it was "out for delivery" for more two weeks - a month after I ordered). They told me it would be delivered "this week", that was two weeks ago, and then when I chased them they said Hermes had delivered it. They hadn't. Nearly two months of chasing both Hermes and Puppy Creche (as PC wouldn't contact Hermes) and Puppy Creche finally issued my refund. I went and bought a dog bed from a reliable, UK-based company. I recommend you do the same.

My Cocker Spaniel had ripped up every bed she has had - until now. When I took the bed out of it’s wrapping and laid it on the floor she immediately got into it and lay down appreciatively! Quite amazing. She seems to find the material soothing. So far a great purchase!

Of all the things my dog has this has been the best. Don't have to tell him twice to go to bed. And it keeps him off the furniture.

Such a lovely bed our pup had a few beds would not use them but she loves this bed helps with anxiety due to her being a rescue pup would recommend this bed to everyone

Stay as far away as you can from this fake company who are not customer friendly whatsoever. I ordered a bed on 24/11/2020 and it's coming up 2021 and still nothing.

When asked, they lied about Hermes stating the package was damaged in transit. They said they would enquire and get back to me and guess what...nothing!

I have requested a refund and I am currently waiting.

Do not make the same mistake I made.

A completely incompetent company that has left me dissatisfied and annoyed. Ordered one of their products on 29 November. I’d checked their shipping policy to see how long it would take for the product to ship, which was 5-12 days after receiving the shipping email. I received the shipping confirmation email on 11 December, 12 days after originally placing the order (they say it should be between 3-7 days). Bare in mind this is a company that says they don’t ship their products from China (they also only respond to emails late at night UK time so their customer service is clearly based in China too). It’s been nearly one month now since I originally placed my order and I haven’t received my product. One month. I know we’re in a pandemic, but I’ve ordered from other companies, none of which have taken this long. I even run my own business and haven’t experienced delays like this. Personally, I’d stay clear of this company. Their website is providing incorrect information and they won’t refund me because apparently I didn’t cancel my order within 1 hour of placing it. How was I to know it would take a month for my product to be delivered (still not received it)! They’ve also emailed me recently to say my product will be delivered by 29 January; 2 months after originally placing the order. That’s definitely not acceptable. Stay clear and do not use.

If I could give them no stars I would. So wish I had googled them before I parted with my well earned cash. Do not buy from! I have no dog bed after a month and no refund! Appalling.

I ordered my puppy creche bed on the 10 November for my pup that will be with us next week. I received no email saying it had been dispatched even though on their website it says dispatched within 72 hours? I emailed on the 25th November and was told that my item was dispatched. I received my puppy bed on the 1st December. It came in folded and squashed into the most horrendous packing and on opening I found that it had a hole in the bottom that looked like it had been made by some sort of knife/scissors. Obviously I was very disappointed. I emailed a complaint with pictures and was told that they would ship a new bed out to me free of charge. On the 4th December I then randomly received a refund of £2.97 when the bed itself cost me £29.70.
Still hadn't received another bed. I emailed again asking why this had happend and was told that they were checking my order with the fulfillment team and would get back to me. Hadnt heard anything by the 18th so emailed again and was told that they were still awaiting response from them. We are picking our pup up on the 27th so have now had to fork out more money for another bed! I am so disappointed with this and will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone or will be purchasing anything else from them!

This site is a scam. I never received a bed or a refund . I was sent a link to a Chinese website when I asked where my order was. These beds are everywhere, make sure you buy from a reputable website as this one is a complete scam.

Wouldn't recommend. 26 days since I ordered, the bed is in America (I'm UK) and response from puppy creche when asked for a refund is "Your bed is in transit and you will receive it." I've had to purchase an alternative for my new puppy...

Ordered a bed at the beginning of December. It said it was ‘in stock’ so I expected it to be delivered by now. No sign of bed, no replies to emails.. all in all I’m extremely disappointed as I have a severely arthritic old dog who suffers from agitation as he’s gone a bit senile. If I could order one elsewhere and get it delivered in the next few days I would. I’ve asked for my money back .. but no reply!! I fear I won’t see my money or the dog bed!!!!!🤬🤬

I haven’t received my bed yet. It’s been about 3 weeks. Communication not good at all. Hopefully my bed will be as good as you advertise.
