Not yet received so can't review yet. Update - received and my furbaby loved it. So soft and he looks so comfy in it.

This is not a UK based company as is suggested, their products ship from China, and the company is based in Australia. When the bed I ordered arrived it was too small, so I spoke to customer services regarding an exchange. They said they do not accept returns unless damaged, otherwise you have to pay return postage to Australia. They do not provide easy exchanges as the reviews on the website suggests. I also recommend reading the Consumer Contract Regulations on their website. The bed is nice though! Just poor customer service etc.

Ordered a week ago and still no email with tracking information or bed!

Order at your peril! - FALSE ADVERTISING

We placed an order for one of these beds (yet to receive) on 20th November. My husband was taken in by the Instagram page and thought they looked good from the pictures……..BIG MISTAKE. You know that saying “Never judge a book by its cover”. Well, this is true about Puppy Creche dog beds.
The website states your order will be dispatched 72 hours after the order has been processed and will take between 5-12 days to be delivered ( even taking Covid etc in to consideration)
We are now on 09th December and still no bed.

On 25th November I had an email (after chasing) to say my order had been dispatched.

On 30th November after I sent another chase email, I asked for a tracking number. I was starting to get a bit nervous thinking is this company ligit. So, I went back onto Instagram and clicked on one of their pictures to find comments and there was another disgruntled customer, who received his order after 20 days and the item was not what he had ordered. I replied stating that I felt dubious about my purchase after reading his comments. Then another customer added a comment to say they had also waited nearly 30 days.
I was then told by one of these customers to watch how our comments will have disappeared tomorrow. So, I logged on the next day and……how spooky, our conversations had disappeared from the Instagram post.
And I have since been blocked from the page.
This makes me think, how many more customer have had similar concerns or bad experiences? But, because this company is altering and removing comments that give honest and truthful reviews people are being sold FALSE ADVERTISING. BUYERS BEWARE.

1) We thought we were buying a product from the UK…..WRONG This item is coming from China even though they claim on their site “ Most of our competitors ship directly from China which can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. We ship directly to your door with insured and tracked delivery, so you can expect your order within 5-12 days”

2) The customer service department I believe is in China. Each email I sent to the customer service team I would get a reply late in the evening 10/10.22 pm. Why would a UK based team only reply at these strange times if they were UK based?
Every reply would say this is our shipping policy and not answer my questions.

3) I think they change the information on their website adhoc to suit what they want you to hear, which has led me to take screenshots of some of their pages as evidence against their false information.

4) The tracking details that were finally sent to me, show that my item is in transit from China, with a live timeline. So far I am on DAY 9 on a timeline that looks like I have another 11-15 days to go!!!!

5) I tried to cancel the order but the company would not answer my email properly and keep telling that this is their shipping policy…LIES. I would never have ordered this item if it was going to take this long (nearly 30 days) I cannot do a chargeback on my credit card because the amount is too small. So if I eventually receive a product that wrong, then I am stuck…….but hey ho, they have my money so don't really care!

6) My friend has already purchased and received a similar item from a reputable online retailer, which was delivered within 4 days of the order placed. I wish I had done the same now. I will never purchase anything from social media adverts again.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE consider before purchasing from this company. They are selling FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY ARE NOT UK BASED. THEY ARE NOT the bestselling dog bed in the UK as they claim. DO YOUR RESEARCH, DO NOT GET SUCKED IN ON FALSE PRETENSES AND IMAGERY FROM INSTAGRAM.

I will be reporting this company to trading standards and Instagram as they should not be allowed to remove any fair, clean and honest comments about their product.
I will review the item upon receipt but I am not holding out much hope!

Please do not use. The beds take forever to come from China, I waited nearly a month. It appears the shop is a front for selling Chinese products and the customer service clearly have no control of delivery or production timescales, it comes when it comes and you get what you get. When it arrived the bed was much smaller than advertised, their response was "there can be size discrepancies on manufacture". The bed was a good 20cm smaller than advertised, clearly false advertising and again no understanding of what they are selling. Customer services takes at least a day to respond and when they do they offer no help or resolution. I expect they do not want to send this product back to China or have no way to get their money back so don't offer you a refund - which has to be wrong. Save your time and money.
