Still no complete delivery after 34 days

I ordered my dog bed over 7 weeks ago and have still not received it. No help from customer service and no expected time of arrival. Very disappointed.

1. I paid extra for a fast delivery and it arrived 10 days later.
2. I ordered a 100cm dog bed advertised for anxious dogs and dogs with arthritis.
3. The bed arrived firstly wrapped in a plastic bag tightly screwed up with sellotape then placed in a postal bag no bigger than 20cms.
4. The bed was compiled of huge lumps of filling which I was unable to shake out
5. The filling was inadequate and would not have been suitable for ANY dog.
6. Photographs were sent immediately with the postal
wrappings.
7. I was told to return the item with an e mailed copy of postage which they said they would refund, 13.70 euros.

8. On thé Instagram advert it confirms money back guarantee within 30 days, further in the website it says they will decide if your money will be returned.
9. After numerous e mails quoting consumer rights they agreed to refund me, the postal costs were not included.
10. The product is not fit for purpose and substandard, there is no way an arthritic dog or anxious dog would have gained anything other than discomfort.
11. My advice would be steer clear it’s a cowboy outfit

Very good product, amazing quality. My puppy loves playing and sleeping in it. I have washed it twice and it dries fast and maintains its shape very well. Will buy a bigger size when my puppy grows up.

Please do not trust this website! They are big liars, status of delivery is delivered, but I have not received anything !

Delivery was a bit long but i guess its coz of the confinement. For my english cocker i took size L i wonder next time to take XL. Its kinda small for him but anyway we r loving the bed so much🤩

Le produit a été livré très tardivement et après de nombreuses péripéties, leur site de suivi n'étant pas fiable (produit marqué livré alors que nous).

Le panier est bien trop cher pour ce qu'il est, d'où les soldes permanentes de 50% pour nous faire croire que c'est une affaire (cette pratique n'était elle pas sanctionnée par la DGCCRF d'ailleurs ?)

I received the product after a long wait. It had been labelled delivered but I was not. Apparently I was an informatic error. (Thus all those commentaries saying that the product was said delivered but wasn't)

This said the garniture is not of the best quality.

Some parts lack the fluffy-garnishment that is your signature and it is overall poorly stitched. (This could be solved by a modification of your production's machine program. I stitches from the outside to the inside destroying the fluff , it should do the opposite. It is a common litigation problem between producers and sellers. That proves there is no quality control, which means that some products sold are dangerous for our dogs).

Moreover, the inside of the garniture is made of a dangerous fabric for dogs, which could kill them after ingestion. That could be alright, if the fabric was more resistant...
The anti-slip is of poor quality (the same as the former 8€ dog bed) and I am certain to find parts of it all-over my flats within a week.

On top of it, the origin of the product is not labelled and generally dog-beds should be washable at more that 30°. We wash are bed-sheet in average at 60°, there is a reason for that. A minimum of 40° should be reachable.

I thought I bought a high-quality product at half price. I bought an overpriced average/poor quality product, which was really well advertised.
I won't buy again when a week my CKC destroys it by simply walking around with it to be able to sit comfortably next to its owner (as CKC like to do).

They should, at least, better their quality control.
