Our Sanden Heat Pump had started to rattle. Paul talked me through various tests (and also how to reset the clock and block out timer) and the rattle has gone- hopefully for ever. He was very helpful.

I had Sanden Heat Pump HWS installed this week. Pure Electric were a great team to work with, I can only recommend them very highly.

The Sanden system works great, our existing solar gas boosted system had effectively become a instantiations gas system after 10 years. We all need to get off gas, so our kids have a future. This product is super efficient and we are running it off our existing solar panels during the day light hours (free hot water).

SANDEN 300L Heat pump hot water system.

The process of getting a quote for the installation of the SANDEN system was seamless. No questions where too hard and were answered promptly. The SANDEN system works superbly, if it was any more efficient it would put power back into the grid. Would highly recommend Pure Electric for the install, they are a really great company to deal with.

Matt knows his stuff. will convince you to fill your roof with solar. and I'm so glad I did. also very knowledgable about the sanden and daiken product they sell.

Also (and this really matters) great after sales service. when there was a problem with the placement of our sanden he rang up and argued our case to get the plumber to come move for free. also contacted me to remind me about servicing. Can't ask for more than that

No idea it was years ago

This review is of the commmunications and order process with Pure Electric for the installation of a Sanden Eco Plus 300L Heat Pump water heater. I first read of the better than industry standard product warranty for the Sanden equipment on Product Review when seeking to replace a 12 year old heat pump unit. I completed their online enquiry form and had a quick response with detail of what they had available, then a comprehensive quote a few minutes later, then the weekend, with the order finalized on Tuesday and the unit installed on Thursday. Well done Pure Electric!

The whole team at Pure did a terrific job. Their processes are prompt, efficient and everyone is very responsive and knowledgeable. The sub-contractors were very professional and all work was preformed neatly, cleanly and efficiently. The Sanden Heat Pump is working as discussed and explained. I highly recommend Pure to plan and deliver an energy efficient system.

Fantastic advice environmentally and economically in a very strategic whole of house approach. I have done a few Sanden heat pumps Daikin air conditioning units and Methven satin jets low flow shower heads with Matthew. I am very grateful for his advice and help in delivering great outcomes in all the properties I worked with him on so far. He even went further and fixed other problems on things that weren't working and supplied by other trades at the house, he is a great person to work with and highly recommend.
