RECOMMENDED (and they fixed initial isses reported)
[UPDATED/REVISED] I initially raised a 1* review on Pure Communication but have updated it to 4* for reasons noted. I initially complained of mis-selling a 3 year business Vodafone mobile contract (not honouring the ‘net price’ quoted on their PO making the first 2 years more expensive and then after 2 years, failing to offer me a new competitive contract (with no net termination charges) making the third year rental cost almost double) combined with initially failing to address my complaints matters despite friendly staff. I have now raised the rating to 4* as ’Pure’ switched my company to a competitive 3 year straightforward O2 contract (no credits!) with them and they refunded the Vodafone over-charges, refunded all Vodafone termination fees and waived Pure Comms own (in small print) £250 early termination fees and the customer service staff mostly handling matters were very friendly and attentive. I believe some of the issues resulted from an unusually complicated Vodafone promotion that involved credits to start with, accidental clerical error and the fact that initially when I complained their MD was unusually away and was need to discuss/review and approve matters – I do not think the initial issues I had were systemic. Hence updated 4* rating.

Working with Josh Verndell throughout this process has been easy and hes supported us if we've needed any extra help or just the odd question answered. So far so good for the pure communication group.

Kieran made the whole process simple and stress-free. He managed to reduce my monthly bills which was the main criteria while also securing me a much better network, which has made a noticeable difference in coverage and reliability.
What really stood out was Kieran’s friendly, fun and down to earth approach. He made everything easy to understand, and was incredibly patient while i pondered my options for weeks maybe months 🤔 Kieran answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident in the upgrade. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended! Definetley ask for Kieran when calling pure communications group as my great experience is with him directly from start to finish.
Superb SIM-only deal
After a really bad experience with another mobile carrier, it was refreshing to find Pure Communications and Sam Deans. He fully understood where were were coming from and arranged to switch us back to EE on SIM only deals. The switch was really smooth and soooo good to be able to download data now when out on the move. And Sam was able to provide us with a cracking deal, which made us even happier.
A completely painless process with Sam (Thank You!!) and really enjoying the new hassle free network service!
Keep away from this company
Not sure how they got my number but when I changed over to O2 from EE we had 4 phones and lots of disruption to our phones especially during set up and in Europe. Finally decided to terminate and now they are trying to charge me 6k termination fees.

I had a great experience with Sam Dean, he talked me through what I had to do to take out a new plan. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who was very prompt in responding to my questions.

Do not use. They take out contracts with providers who aren’t mainstream. for example: Plan.com.
They are horrendous. Just look at Plan.com reviews. 1000+ reviews and they’re 1*.
Says it all. Pure communications are the ones recommending them.
They’re just as bad.
Just go direct with Three/02/Vodafone. Pure won’t get you any better deal.

You have been nothing but hassle the entire time i’ve been with Plan.com. you failed to put a spend cap on, advised me to invoice you for it. Still no payment after 4 weeks. I was told one price and it’s a totally different price. I rarely get good 5g. I’m having to edit phone settings to get roaming / 4/5g. It’s just total hassle. It’s certainly not getting easier

Excellent service for our business iPhone contract
I recently took out a business contract for three new iPhone 17s through Pure Communication Group, and the service from Sam Deans was exemplary from start to finish.
The process was handled professionally and clearly, and when I came across a couple of stumbling blocks along the way, Sam worked hard to resolve them quickly and thoroughly. He also involved his colleague Jennifer, whose support was invaluable, and together they made sure everything was put right.
I felt genuinely supported throughout the process, which isn’t always the case with business mobile contracts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam Deans and Pure Communication Group for reliable, attentive service.

Amazing service
I used a search engine to find best business phone contract, and an independent site recommended Pure Communication, who 8 had never heard of. After clicking on the link and adding a few details, I received a call from Sam at Pure Communcations. We discussed my needs, and all the various options available to me. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was more interested in meeting my needs than trying to sell me an 'offer of the day' ! We agreed on the phone and package, both were cheaper than anything else I had seen. Unlimited texts, calls and data, for less than half what O2, Vodafone or Tescos offered.
If you are looking for phone or sim only contract then contact Puee and ask for Sam, you will be delighted.
