We changed our contract from Vodafone to O2, it was a seamless transfer and everything worked well. In terms of the early redemption transaction, we we paid within hours of receiving our invoice. Would highly recommend.
Been with pure communication for some…
Been with pure communication for some time now. And I can’t fault their work. Sam gave we a call to see what we could do with renewing my phone contracts. And he was brilliant even help me a save a few £. Amazing quick and easy service and only a phone call away for help.

Ben was great to deal with, really personable and found me a great deal for our business phones.
The termination fees were paid within 24 hours, which I was really impressed with, as there was no waiting around for the large sum that was payable.

Beyond amazing service!!
I lost my phone in a cab in Spain and was beyond desperate!!! So difficult to speak to phone companies these days. Pure had emailed the company a while back and I’d filed under “in case”. So I called on Wednesday. Spoke to Josh. He sent forms over for an iPhone 16 contract on an amazing value deal. I had notification on Thursday am that phone would be delivered that day!! Totally awesome service from Josh and his colleagues Jenny (I think) and Fahid. Will be our favoured phone supplier in future.
Very please and surprised at deal they…
Very please and surprised at deal they got me. I was contacted with a cold call asking about company phones which I have been often and generally give the same answer that I am in contract and I have to say, didn't think they would be able to get me a better deal than I could direct. They were persistent and called when my contract was nearly up and after a couple of years I let them quote. They got me such a better deal. I was on sim only with 3 business and could get all in at £15 plus vat each. They got me all the above plus worldwide for £18 inc vat. They paid my 6 months remaining contract as well. Needless to say I switched. Each time I have had a query, Lee Flynn, my account manager has answered everything and paid our last invoice from 3 same day I sent it over.

I cannot recommend the team at Pure Communications enough. Their support is consistently top-notch, handling queries and sales with efficiency and expertise. Every interaction has been a pleasure, making it clear that they genuinely value their customers. A truly outstanding team to work with!

I received a call from a private mobile…
I received a call from a private mobile number with this business name, with the caller mentioning my name and business name, saying I was in contact a year ago. Well, I never have been as per my records, and I have requested this business not call me again.
I suspect someone from the business took a chance by searching other business names for a cold calling opportunity. That isn't smart and very deceitful. Wouldn't recommend them at all, this business should be flagged for deceitful cold calling activities. Can't believe the positive reviews on here!

I dealt with Lee and it was a pleasure.
I spoke with two different companies in an effort to upgrade my iPhone. At Pure Communication I had 3 or 4 conversations with Lee and the contrast between his approach and the salesman at the other place was night and day. I'd go from one conversation that was a classic, pushy and over the top pressure sale to dealing with Lee, which was like chatting to a friend who had my best interests at heart. I appreciate Lee has a job to do and sales to make but he conducts himself with a class that you will rarely get to experience in sales these days. Regretfully I made a decision to go with a refurbished phone elsewhere (not with the pushy guy) in order to reduce my costs. I say regretfully because I would have really liked to have given Lee my business but unfortunately needs must. Thanks again Lee for all your efforts.
