Highly Expensive Maintenance

I have had this scooter for 2 years and all it has given me are problems. As much as the scooter itself is well made, the biggest problem I see is that the battery is manufactured to stop working on it’s 100th charge.
Not only is it a pain the ass to fix anything that breaks on one of these scooters but, it’s also very expensive. I see that in order to continue using my scooter, I have to pay 300€+ every year!? This is absolutely outrageous! I’m on the 83 charge of my second battery and it’s already stalling.
As soon as I get the scooter fixed, I will sell it and buy another brand as this one is awful. It’s sad, because the scooter itself is a dream to ride when it’s working well, but I’m done dishing out my money!

no Europe guarantee

we bought the Pure Scooter Kimoa on our vacation in Spain. We were told that we can also have this repaired in neighboring Belgium if a warranty claim is made. Now we have a guarantee case. pureelectric now wants, that we bring the scooter 2000 km from germany to spain...
A pity. Unfortunately unsatisfied. That's why it's better to buy a well-known, internationally represented scooter

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, however I am afraid you misunderstood our employee, but in no case a warranty can be applied if you take the scooter to another country as we do not have a workshop in a country where we do not sell our scooter, moreover you bought a scooter that has a valid warranty in the country of origin.

Perfect, but more range needed

Perfect, except for a range
It provides you with everything you need in a long-lasting, straightforward manner. I enjoy it and do not regret buying this scooter.
Two things to improve, however:
1. In real life, it carries me only for 20km. What I really need, is at least 30. 20km is fine, but it would be nice to have more so I don't have to plan my daily commute in order to fit this distance
2. Turn signals. Would be really good to have these

We understand that you will need to use it quickly, however, the scooter does not come ready to use, as detailed in the manual before use both tyres need to be installed at the correct pressure to avoid damage.

Absolute nightmare!

Absolute nightmare!
Spent the last three days of our holiday staying at our holiday home waiting for a delivery that never happened.
Every excuse under the sun. Wrong address, no address.
All this despite the address being absolutely clear on the order, and despite me sending them copies of documents confirming our address, and two maps showing our address, and the exact location via the "what three words" app.
They still couldn't deliver the bloody scooters.
Eventually, the day before we left for home, we were told they were at a warehouse a 50km round trip away, and we could collect them!!!
At first I thought **** that, but I relented and went!
If they had printed out the address on the labels correctly that might have helped, instead of missing off half the street name.
Must have sent 20 emails during those three days, and despite being told"it will definitely be delivered today", no chance.
If it wasn't for the fact they were in "run out" pricing, and really cheap, I wouldn't have bothered.
Due to the lateness of the collection we haven't had a chance to even open the boxes yet.
Let's hope everything is OK when we get them back home.
Would have given one star, but I think the lady at pureelectric.es. was trying to help.

The scooter arrived with flat tires and…

The scooter arrived with flat tires and one defective tube, while the other tube had a loose valve core. I had to swap out the tube myself and get a new valve core to use the scooter. I emailed support and have only been asked (after 24 hours) to send a screen shot from the app to see how far I've gone. Nothing new since yesterday. Pretty lousy customer service to say the least. The scooter itself seems fine now that I've had to buy parts and fix it.
