Very good product support. Good robust scooter but needs more power on hills. Excellent hill climbing ability claim is not true if you weigh 80kgs as I do ... 55kgs maybe.

Pure have selected a terrible delivery company. Too lazy to go down a country lane resulted in my having to carry a bulky 23kg box 0.5km. Please select a courier that actually fulfills the contract to deliver. Amazon have, Pure could too!

I bought this scooter for my daughter to get to college. She only does 5 km 4 days a week with it. We chose a scooter from Pure because of the waterproofing it offered.
My daughter has used it for one month and after a fall, the brake handle just snapped off. I was surprised because it appeared to be made of some kind of very brittle ceramic material rather than the normal steel of a bicycle brake handle. Luckily the Barcelona shop was still open and I was able to get the brake replaced.
Also, the main screw which secures the scooter handlebars to the folding mechanism, just came loose while my daughter was riding. Very dangerous. She fell off. And it seems it is impossible to get a replacement screw. I have been told by customer services to try a hardware shop, but it is a very specialist screw. So I'm not sure the scooter will be usable unless I trawl around hardware shops looking for a screw that I may not be able to find.
And to top it all off, yesterday the scooter started making a very strange noise. Needless to say my daughter is not very confident anymore about riding this scooter.
I would also add that it is very bulky compared to other scooters around. The board that you stand on is twice the width of others.

Worst company have ever seen since the shops have all closed down thay don't anser the phones there's no where to get them fixed thay don't sell parts online so thay want you to send the scooter to them in the post avoid and look elsewhere hope thay go out of business

Hello pure electric support team,

I've received a new pure air scooter day before yesterday with accessories and already faced with 2 issues:
1. One of the bolt hols was not drilled properly, that's why the bolt can not be screwed in completely (I've tried different bolts from 4 provided)
2. The rare wheel nipple is pressed so close to the wheel disc, so it's very difficult to unscrew the cap and impossible to connect to the pump that I bought at your site.

The staff makes all the difference. They’re real pros and honest.

I don't use social media to bad mought othe business. I might have received bad customer experience. I have express my disappoinment with Pre Electric

Scooter is really good so far.
Delivery took an extra few days but not worth a star less.
App is simple and the quality of the scooter is really good. Happy with our purchase 😊

I recommend this company. Very good service and the delivery is how they promise “2 days “. Very, very satisfied.

Excellent personal service in the shop. However when we collected the bikes. One had low tyre pressure. The other had low battery.

PS. The scooter allows to be locked with U-shape locker. More security, more freedom to walk around with no stress.

genuinely awful service - after a week waiting for delivery I'm told that a beaurocratic point means that the courier will not deliver. This was known at the point of my order, but ignored until I started asking when I could expect delivery.

The Scooter has performed well so far, with no issues, the wide foot board is ideal because you can travel with your feet together, which is more comfortable on longer journeys. It appears to be well built and is guite sturdy with nothing falling off, all in all a good solid Scooter that hopefully will give good performance for a few years.

The staff there couldn't have made it an easier process for me. Each and every one of them was friendly and knowledgeable; they helped to set me up with everything that I needed. They patiently answered my questions and there was always someone there to speak to me in English when I couldn't understand. Everything that I needed to know was explained to me so that I could make an informed decision about what I needed to purchase. I am grateful for all of their help and would strongly recommend this store to anyone.

Incredible product and service. We bought 3 scooters from these guys. Cannot say 1 bad thing.
