Prompt and effective
My organization ETA purchased a new laptop for me to work with. I was experiencing difficulty in executing setup as provided by the help sheets and in also installing the relevant software needed for my job.
I put a mail across to pureit helpdesk and in less than 3mins I received a call from the support engineer.
He introduced himself politely and stated his purpose for calling, next he enquired if it was a good time for him to provide the desired support I need.
He was able to guide me effectively on how I could make the process seamless. At every step he explained what he was doing constantly communicating work progress.
All problems were resolved and although the support engineer was responsible for the resolution, it felt like it was a team effort and I was thrilled to be part of the process.
