Pure Legal have gone bust
Pure Legal have gone bust, and deservedly so. LOL!
Been waiting a year for my NRAM claim…
Been waiting a year for my NRAM claim to be sorted. No calls answered, no emails answered utterly appalling
DELIGHTED!
I am always a bit wary about dealing with claims companies, and when I was called by Purple Legal Claims after completing their on line questionnaire I did feel a bit concerned. However, I need not have worried as they were helpful, polite, honest and fundamental in getting me £5,400 refunded! If you have doubts about this company..don't! I am genuinely thrilled with the way they dealt with my claim, being quick and efficient, patient and polite, and also in helping me with the on line letter and signature. This latest issue with Lloyds Platinum Account refund of cash just highlights how much money Lloyds secretly extracts from you! I am so pleased to have been helped by this company and I wish them all well.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They only show interest when you give them a negative review. Many months ago after complaining, I was told my case had been seen as a priority, and they would forward me an email to sign ( still waiting). If you are looking for a cmc, give these a massive body swerve.
I wrote a review when pure legal stated…
I wrote a review when pure legal stated to me they were taking on my case .They lied to me and never wrote any letters .Be aware before you write a review and wait until you get a result.
A case too far for other solicitors to handle
I went to purelegal with a gdpr problem which I was having difficulty finding someone to help I found the team very helpful and keen once they had looked at the evidence I presented they have kept me updated on progress and now I have the outcome I wanted which will help me with another case I cannot thank the team enough
The team at Pure Legal were brilliant
The team at Pure Legal were brilliant. Special thanks to Zita for all the regular updates.
I am more than happy with the outcome. Not sure why people have written negative reviews about a brilliant company. Would highly recommend.
Thank you
Kind Regards.
Satisfied with results
Really happy with the service can't fault Paul he replied to all my requests straight away would recommend
At first I was paranoid about reviews
At first I was paranoid about reviews on pure legal but my worker Paul Smith talked me through everything with regular updates and we got what I was owed for a data breach I'm honestly happy and impressed with the service he gave would recommend to friends
Anyone still thinking Pure Legal DELIVERING to their clients? If so, where are reviews from clients in receipt of compensation?
1) On 29 Aug I posted a review on Trustpilot. Pure Legal posted a reply on 2 Sep saying they were 'sorry to read that I had to escalate my case to the Ombudsman'.
Apparently, Pure Legal ONLY found out from seeing my Trustpilot review that I had to contact the Legal Ombudsman!
Supposedly for the same reason Pure Legal didn't have an opportunity to convey those feelings BEFORE it was publicized on Trustpilot...
2) Pure Legal asked to provide personal details so they 'can help me'. They already knew my personal details! I gave my initials and place of residence, and declared myself as the recipient of the £250 award against them by the Legal Ombudsman.
Pure Legal simply wanted me to give them my details so they can pressure me to shut up. (Anyway, I didn't really turn to Trustpilot to seek help from Pure Legal, I know them all too well, but to warn others and tell them of some help available via the Legal Ombudsman). I simply ignored their request to provide more information.
3) On 8 Sep I was informed by Trustpilot that Pure Legal have flagged my review because THEY WERE NOT SURE THAT I'VE HAD A GENUINE EXPERIENCE with them. That was an outright lie. They had taken the time to reply on Trustpilot, I've provided my initials and declared myself as the recipient of the £250 compensation awarded by the Legal Ombudsman. But, ostensibly upon reflection, Pure Legal decided the information supplied was insufficient proof the review was genuine given the high level of reliability they expect.
The result of PL flagging up my review? my review’s still there, but now with ‘verified’ honour badge attached by Trustpilot.
4) This all shows how right 'Matthew' was in his 6 Sep review that 'Pure Legal report all their negative feed for Trustpilot to remove'.
It is noteworthy Pure Legal's reply to 'Matthew' that they 'only remove a review when it is not based on a genuine experience'. Namely, only a review that’s not actually based on a genuine experience does Pure Legal SUCCEED in having it removed. But how telling is it that Pure Legal DON’T DENY ATTEMPTING to get Trustpilot to remove all negative feed!
Even their stance that they only remove reviews not based on a genuine experience IS UNTRUE. There are many clients writing negative reviews who would simply not bother when bombarded with requests from this bunch to identify themselves, for some it might even be damaging to their health.
5) I also have to add to my 29 Aug as it was incomplete. I noted the compensation payout of £250 awarded by the Legal Ombudsman for Pure Legal's poor service by not responding to correspondence and failure to provide updates. I forgot to add that the Pure Legal were also ordered by Legal Ombudsman to provide me an update on the case every two months. My apologies to Pure Legal for the omission.
6) So now there’s more work for Pure Legal's Complaints team, Operational team & Client Care teams (who knows if all these teams aren’t the same person…) who are busy sitting on Trustpilot etc in order to ensnare new uninformed clients. Delivering compensation clients are expecting? It’s is plainly NOT on their to do list!
Despite all of Pure Legal's efforts to invite clients to write positive reviews, in particular following the posting of a negative review, reviews from clients who in reality received their compensation are VIRTUALLY ABSENT.
PS An 18 Aug review of some A.M is also an interesting read.
Very good company easy to work with and…
Very good company easy to work with and get results keeping you updated at all times
Excellent service from start to finish
I did read what everyone had been saying…and should have never used them
EDIT: So now Pure Legal want me to give them my case number and other info so they can write a reply about how I should contact them etc etc, the same old rubbish that they reply to everyone else's bad reviews. Like I said, fed up with it, can't be many on your system with my name, find it yourself.
I did read what everyone had been saying about PureLegal but thought I would give them a try, should have listened. They just drag it out and out with the odd promise but all the negative reviews are true, you're just wasting your time and they no doubt charge for every letter, email that they send out on your behalf while you sit their and get nothing. DONT BOTHER is what im saying and actually use a solicitor thats got your interest

Supportive and reactive.
Amazing Company knew what we were looking for, google searched and picked these guys. Very quick after initial form filled, call communication via email and whatsapp was great. It did help that liable organisation had admitted. Victim statement was taken with total respect and Georgia(advisor) and steve(litigator) took us through every step.
Better than expected result and all thanks to work from 2 great ambasssdors to the Company.
