Overall a great experience
I reached out Pure Legal after some inquiries to other legal firms and from the first approach they were very professional and keen to listen to my case (data protection breach).
Communications are clear and above all encrypted, followed by some calls that benefit the human aspect.
Overall a great experience.
Top class customer service
Very friendly staff and always proactive in contacting you whenever an update to your case is to be shared. They take the effort out of worrying and set honest expectations from the get go. Can’t fault one experience I’ve had with them. Brilliant company that put the customer first and continuously reassure and update you throughout.
Helpful and thoughtful
The process has been easy, the staff have all been friendly and patient if I have questions.
The notification of the case delay was a nice touch as it set my expectations for the completion date.
Whatever the outcome I’m happy Pure Legal have done all they can.
A little concerned about what is going on
I had fantastic communication with Pure when I initially made the claim, fast forward to 12 months and I have had to get my SAR from my mortgage provider. How can it take so long to get to this stage????
Why are emails never answered?? Beginning to get concerned

Horrendous AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
Horrendous AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! I contacted a company called TRUSTEDCAVITYCLAIMS.COM as I had problems arising from my cavity wall insulation. I was told that an average claim was £28,000 and the damage would also be fixed for free. I was also told the claim would take 3-6 months. I was passed from them to PURE LEGAL LTD. Fast forward 2 years and 7 months and its been nothing but stress. Constant lies, delays and it is costing thousands. I am stuck in a contract with them and have been unable to sell my house for the last year and a half. This has contributed to my divorce, financial hardship and 2 years of sleepless nights and stress. I have written official complaints to them and they have responded telling me that if I want to drop the case, I will be left with the £6000 bill. They have taken 2 years and 7 months and they are yet to start any sort of court proceedings. This service is a horrendous!!!!!! If anyone reading this is in the same boat or can help me in any way .... contact me please !!!
Thank you and please avoid this company !!!!!!
** I have since been contacted by Pure Legal and told my Solicitor would be changed and I would be contacted by Rob Mares who's the Head of Compliance and Complaints. Nearly 2 weeks have gone by and I'm yet to be contacted by anyone.

first they pester you then they vanish with your mandate
They pestered me about joining a class action and then disappeared. It’s been over a year since I accepted and I have contacted them several times about the progress of the lawsuit they annoyed me about and they don’t even bother responding to my enquiries. Now I have been contacted by a competitor whom I know would have very good chances to secure my compensation and I cannot assign them the case due to technicalities.

Pure Legal: First Class
Pure Legal:
Pure Legal worked very fast and very well for us as a family.
Their professionalism and respect was outstanding.
My personal representative was called Saliya Mahmood who proved absolutely brilliant, so professional, only one small issue with her was that she has a very soft speaking voice which I struggled to hear at times on the phone often requested that Saliya repeats herself or speak louder 😂😂😂, I suppose that is really my issue and not Saliya. I was kept informed of everything in reference to my case and was supported with things I just did not understand.
When Saliya was on another call or absent which was rear a man called Martin would step in to support and ensure Saliya received any correspondence from myself. I was called back immediately.
We as a family are very happy with PURE LEGAL. Pure legal said that they would deliver and deliver they did. We were so shocked how fast they were in terms of getting my case moving and myself receiving an excellent result all round.
Thank you so much Pure Legal.
Highly recommended

Minus 10
In actual fact I wouldn’t even give them 1 star 😡they contacted me about a miscalculation of mortgage interest, 3 years later after signing a Novitas insurance form, I have to chase them for updates, several handlers later… oh waiting for a barristers letter.. that was in May! No response from them, this is a money making scheme for them, they get the insurance money , you get nothing but empty promises! PLEASE IGNORE THEM

Excellent Organisation
Pure legal made a claim against a housing association for a GDPR breach last year on my behalf. I have always valued the level of communication from Pure Legal and despite my case handler being changed several times, it did not detract too much from the professional way everything was handled.
Previous issues I have had with the process were rectified very quickly and I valued Pure Legal’s efficiency.

Terrible company
Terrible company, get you to sign a novitas which I did almost 2years ago now, I'm sick of emailing and getting no reply, they've changed offices in York apparently, figures quoted on paper are huge, claiming to be able to get thousands back for me, if they are solicitors they need barring from practicing, even the company called secret commissions who put me onto pure legal are now investigating their unscrupulous methods.

Called me to address my issues
Update -
Upon posting this review someone from the company called me and was very helpful addressing my issues.
I was very positively surprised and I am
Therefore amending my original review.
I emailed asking for an update re my EasyJet claim -they have failed to keep my updated as to what actions of any they have taken. No response.
I called and spoke to someone who said that I should receive something shortly.
Nothing received.
Really poor service and if I don’t hear anything on my claim to suggest that they are actually progressing it I will file a complaint with the SRA.

Can't be trusted!
Everything starts off great, they take your case details and inform you that you have grounds for successful case. After a month or so you will receive an email from Sandfield Capital informing you that your loan application was successful. I had no idea who Sandfield Capital were and called to enquire who had applied for a loan on my behalf.
The first suspicion was when I called the company and they answered with a simple 'hello', like I had just called someone's house. They wouldn't give any information without me having to give all of my personal information first (which I declined as it seemed to suspicious).
I then called Pure Legal Limited to explain the situation and they advised that they needed to take out a loan shold the case go to court. The loan was one that Pure Legal would be taking out and they were simply emailing me to 'inform' me that's what they were doing and to rest assured that none of my personal information would be on the loan.
However, I have just received a an agreement for this loan which included my personal details and was for me to personally sign (and NOT Pure Legal) which I have declined to do.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been telephoning for 10 months but nobody answers until now. I am waiting for them to deal with a miscalculated mortgage and was I formed that no funding has been applied for and no solicitor has been appointed and it can take 24 months this for funding will be available. I will be dead before this is resolved. However after phone call I received an email from the person I spoke with which explained the situation and I am happy to continue with Pure Legal now.
