Very helpful and experienced in what they do

Amazing company I brought a case to them against my landlord for a days breach the complaint process was simple submitted via website and then the called quickly by a member of staff who was reassuring and extremely helpful. No legal jargon all explained in a simple form.
Submitting evidence was simple by using e-mail and WhatsApp.
E-mails all conducted via a secure service and was always kept well up to date of what was going on with the case.
Extremely pleased with the outcome and the award of compensation received settled outside of court no fees or deductions made.
Hopefully won’t have the need to use again but if I ever did I would definitely be straight back to Purelegal without a doubt.

I submitted my initial claim via Facebook, and was quickly contacted by one of the Pure Legal Team. They were helpful in discussing my claim and circumstances and were able to assist me with my case. I was kept updated in a straightforward and easy to understand manner, primarily through their secure messaging service, but also with phone calls. Communication was good, and completing any paperwork was a simple process. They were able to settle my claim for me which I am very happy about.

Well where do I start.... this lady is an absolute credit to your company. Thankyou to her for calming my nerves, shes explained everything clearly and professionally. As the saying goes give credit where its due and she defiantly deserves it.

Overall I am happy that the matter is now concluded. Claire my final claim support officer worked openly with me. However it has been a frustrating process with a number of changes from Pure Legal which has not helped the process.

I received excellent service both via email and over the phone in relation to my data breach claim. The initial enquiry I made was dealt with promptly and efficiently and the process of submitting early documentary evidence on line was simple. Once I had been accepted as a client matters moved quickly and smoothly and I was given regular reports both written and verbal as to the progress of my claim. Phone calls and emails from me were responded to promptly.
Mention should be made of Chris McNamara who was my initial point of contact and he was both courteous and helpful and ensured I submitted all the required documents. Latterly my case was assigned to Ian McCreath who dealt with everything professionally and quickly. He offered much help and well considered knowledgeable legal advice in a personable manner and my case was concluded without the necessity of a court case and within the time frame suggested by Pure Legal at the outset. Ian was very easy to talk matters through with over the phone and his advice was invaluable. I am more than happy with the settlement secured for me. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with at Pure Legal and have no hesitation in recommending them should anyone need legal support for a potential data breach claim.

The major problem is the time being taken. Having delt with the defendants this is not to surprising. I would like ypou to be4 more pushy though.

Cavity wall claim started in 2015 has taken a long time with lots of surveys a few change of staff I am still waiting for my claim to be paid. Overall the experience has been good the people have all been very helpful, quick to respond to emails, feedback etc obviously a long time due to court hearings etc

Our case took a fair amount of time to be resolved, with multiple changes of case handlers. Communication was somewhat slow early on and it was difficult to know what the next steps would be. However, the case was latterly taken on by Tom Ponsonby who was very courteous and informative. Tom did a great job of getting case over the line under the difficult circumstances of the pandemic, so many thanks to him.

Excellent experience. Clifford potter has been brilliant. Always keeping me up to date with how the case was going. Always answered my calls or phoned back straight away. I would definitely use Pure legal again because of Clifford.

This firm should not be able to trade on people’s misery don’t be fooled by fake reviews ask them to show you their success rate at a early stage they will tell you they have all the top people within the firm to make sure they have got every angled cover but in truth they are not interested in you one little bit because once you have signed the form for a insurance company which is linked to close brothers they will slowly take the money out of the account which amounts to tens of thousands of pounds with no communication with you they wait until you are at a point of explosion and come up with some excuse the case it’s gone past it’s expiry date or ask you for information that you have told them from the start you had no paperwork then when you tell them you have read reviews and you have had first experience of their shoddy work they then tell you if you are not happy with the outcome you can go else where or help them make up lies if you tell them to sling their hook this part would be very comical if it wasn’t so serious you then become liable for their fees and if you don’t pay they will issue you with county court proceedings how this firm is allowed to get away with this is unbelievable some one needs to revoke their license before they do serious harm to someone

I unfortunately had a GDPR issue which I needed advice on, and contacted Pure Legal to assist in this matter. They were super efficient, gave me lots of advice and when it was established that further legal representation was needed, they were able to offer everything i needed. I dealt with many different departments within the company from statement writing to paperwork completion and they were great all the way through. I would highly recommend them as they offer empathy and advice without all the legal jargon and represented me with success.

Through all of these reviews, after my experience I am not surprised that not one person has stated they have had a successful claim.

I agree, at the outset they appear to be AMAZING...... they communicate and it looks like your in safe hands..... THEN you get the statement that says basically ALL of the money for legal fees has been spent....

NEXT STAGE..... you call, you email..... you hear NOTHING!!!

when you push they come back with, another form needs to go out.... it’s gone to a Barrister...

FINALLY.... you get an email to say they can no longer pursue due to the statute of limitation, we are out of time.

Good luck to all those that have posted how confident they feel in the early stages, if you still have a 14 day cooling off period which you will have from signing paperwork... PULL OUT NOW!!! Other than that please come back and review this time next year.
