The tech support alone is worth the £££
I concur with all the other five star reviews: the support alone is worth the £££££. I am moving from my ISP's email to my own domain's address.
I read review after review, and decided Purely was the most affordable for my simple needs. Despite working in IT, and providing tech support for 40 years [on Mainframes] I knew I would need help setting up email and hosting, and it was the promise of support as well as price that swayed me. It doesn't matter how much you pay, if you cant get it working, and there is no support, and in a timely manner, you have wasted your time and money.
As expected, I did have a few setup confusions, Jamie took my support call and quickly explained what I needed to do, and I was up and running. But, one ISP was rejecting my mails, again, Jamie gave me an in-depth explanation of why, and what to do next. After providing the info he asked for, they contacted the ISP in question, the ISP fixed the issue. I dread to think how long that would have taken with "chat" or "email only" support. I am now a month in and everything is working perfectly. Recommended without hesitation.

Unexpectedly Great Service
For the starters who would like to publish their website with a convenient price, this is a go. Honestly, I did not think that the service would be this great. The control panel is very organized and The customer service is very great, fast and effective. When I have some technical problem with my web page, I could easily contact them and the reply is very fast except that one time which is at 2am in the morning.

A breath of fresh air
Purely.website is a breath of fresh air in this world of web hosting. I made the decision to move to them recently when my old host tripled their prices and reduced support hours.
Purely however are very affordable and their support is top notch! I've used the chat a few times and got quick and great reponses every single time.
I love that they provide a small plan for when you only have a basic web site, yet it has all the bells and whistles should you need them (though even the larger plans cost less than most web hosts)
If you are in a similar boat as I was, they come highly recommended.

Each time I interact with Purely, I'm more and more impressed. They know their stuff, the products and services are excellent and great value for money, especially UK domains. Support is professional, proactive and quick. Very happy that I moved from my old registrar to Purely.
A worthwhile journey
I am in the process of moving my websites to purely.website.
So far, I am very impressed. After a bit of a learning curve, their interface is easy to navigate and powerful features are relatively easy to set up.
Customer support has been fantastic, guiding me through the fine details of more advanced features that I am wishing to implement.
I don't believe that it's possible to beat their prices which are highly competitive – whilst performance seems as good or better than my previous provider.
In an age where so many service providers are increasing prices with bloated features that are, in my view, frankly unnecessary for most people - purely.website seem to be filling a much needed gap in the market. Long may it continue!

I find the email renewal reminders are timely and had no problems thus far with the service. The chat help function was also great recently. Very patient, understood exactly what needed doing and was sorted quickly.

Since using Purely.website (PIPETEN) i can throughly recommend them. This company is at the forefront of pricing, support, easy to use DNS controls, easy to use control panel, and most importantly their Customer & Technical support department's are very helpful.
