Unfortunately my experience was quite poor. Initially I explained I wasn’t from the area and I am In a clinic and need someone to come
Out and assist.
Due to covid and other restrictions it didn’t get to happen. I thought I would be offered a refund as I had to pay $90 up front. I was
Told the lady only came 5 minutes up
The road so I didn’t think it was worth $90. I feel as though I could have been offered a full refund or at least 3/4 of the ladies time being waisted. Unfortunately it was out of
My control and I was told yes by one person
And no by another at that point it was too late. I live in East Hills so I can’t come back once I leave the clinic and I feel due to covid and getting no income right now out of good faith a refund would be appropriate in this
Instance. I don’t recommend paying in advance the full price. I recommend at least a 10% deposit as things come up

Price and not budge on a refund or part refund is poor form and I won’t be recommending this company. There are others out there I’ve found who are more lenient and compassionate to people’s circumstances. Shay Warren

Anastida is really good massesuse. Experienced and skilled in releasing the tension out of every muscle in the body. Certainly recommend and will be using her service again.
