“I visited this salon expecting a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, the staff were dismissive and spoke with clear impatience throughout my appointment. Simple questions were met with sighs, and any concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. For a business that presents itself as polished and high-end, the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing. I value respectful service, and sadly this place did not provide it. I will not be returning.”

Charlotte, the therapist, took less than an hour to do two pedicures,a male manicure and a gel manicure. My husband and I were charged £110.00 and left without a receipt. We both decided to call Charlotte the following day and ask for a breakdown of costs as we looked at the prices online and couldn’t understand why we were charged more than stated. Charlotte told us that we had been charged for luxury treatments because we had our feet soaked and normally a pedicure would be done without a foot soak. She also admitted to overcharging us but said that it was only a few pounds, so we didn’t feel we should ask for a refund. We decided never to return again and was going to let it go. However, after a few days, my gel nail varnish peeled off and my husband’s nails broke so I decided to go back to Charlotte to show her my nails. The salon was closed and I found her clearing tables in the adjacent restaurant. I asked her to step outside so as not to embarrass her and showed her my nails. She refused to put them right or to refund any money. I told her that I had my own beauty business and I am a fully qualified beauty therapist so I know that she didn’t remove our cuticles or apply the polish correctly. She then told me that I should paint my own nails and she didn’t want to see me or my husband again. I noticed that the certificates on the wall of the salon were not Charlottes and I honestly doubt that she is actually a qualified beauty therapist.

I thank Michelle for her great massage service at Evolve Housing Ltd recently. I had a sore arm because of sports and I felt so much better after her therapy. Totally satisfied!

Our first corporate massage session with Purely Polished, went so well we are all looking forward to our next appointment. Just what the staff needed!. Thank you to our Masseur and to the professionalism in organising this event for our staff. Was great to work with people that are happy and and displaying a real desire that we had a great experience.

I arranged massages for myself and a group of friends. Michelle and Malena were very professional and provided a very relaxing afternoon. Highly recommended!

We used Purely Polished for a corporate event and they were fabulous. We had 4 technicians for the event who were experienced, punctual and lovely. The event attendees loved the experience so much they gave the staff a round of applause when they finished.
We would definitely use Purely Polished again.

Wonderful experience. We had Anastida and Malena for in house massage and it was great! Love that everything was set up on the spot (including oil, massage table etc.) and they even brought their own music. Highly recommend! Only comment I would like to add is perhaps provide a towel go wipe off the excess oil would be good, but it's not a huge deal :)

Best massage I’ve had in years. Kuan was excellent, professional and thorough. Even brought his own calming music. His experience with deep tissue massages is evident. Highly recommend.

This morning I was lucky enough to meet Hien who came to my house to give me a Mani / Pedi. I was so very impressed with her professionalism & her lovely nature - not to mention that it was the best Mani / Pedi that I have ever had. I am very delighted to have discovered Purely Polished.
