Time and time again consistent service. Love my nails Hannah!

I had a great massage from a very experienced therapist. Michelle was punctual, respectful and lovely. I would absolutely seek her out again. Purely Polished’s service was efficient with communicative updates. Thumbs up.

I booked a mani pedi and had lovely Nadia who spoiled me with care and attention. She was very organized and efficient and asked questions to make sure I was comfortable and happy.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I booked the second best person from the top. After I made the booking I called to ask if she would know how to do thick hair they didn’t get back to me. Then I messaged the numbered and again they didn’t get back to me. Once they had the booking they were interested. Goes to Phillphnes not local. Lady knee make up, my hair was amateur she didn’t know hair she only knew how to GHD it. As my hair is thick you need to blow dry it out in which she didn’t even bring a blow dryer with her. Wouldn’t recommend think that upset me is they ignored my calls and messages then they keep emailing and texting me to rebook or write a review.

The process was very easy, I had a call and a confirmation email pretty quick, (within an hour) and I got the time I asked for which was even better!.. Lenka was lovely very chatty, and warm and did a great job!... the only thing that isn’t so good is my nail polish has come off less than 24hours later but that could be operator fault, either way I have now had to remove the polish.
It would have been good to know a little bit more or have the option to use my own things like bowls for hand/foot soak (happy to use my own things) or towels, very happy to use my own towels. Although these girls are contracted it would have been good to see some sterilisation of equipment or the contractors have sterile tools?... I would want to know it was cleaned properly from the person before me.

I booked the Express Facial and Classic Manicure for my MIL’s birthday as she is house bound due to medical issues. She said Laura, her therapist was lovely and did a fantastic job for her. She has already suggested she would like the same for her next birthday! 😉

I booked the shellac service but changed my mind to do the classic service before she came, but they charged me with shellac service in the morning and the service was done at 3:45pm. I’m used to pay after receiving the service not before receiving it.

Saori did such a beautiful job. My daughter felt beautiful heading off to her Semi-Formal. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring a truly professional makeover 🙂

A lovely lady came to my house and gave me a mch-needed massage. She seemed to have great intuition and I'd definitely recommend her.

This was the second time Lenka has traveled to pamper my friends and I. She is so lovely and personable and provided fabulous remedial massages for my friends and a perfect pedicure for me! The service and communication with Purely Polished was excellent, friendly, fast and professional and they worked quickly to accommodate our request. Everything from the first contact, arranging payment and coordinating treatments was super easy and efficient. Thank you so much for the wonderful care in looking after my mother. She takes great pride in her appearance but since becoming too ill to leave her home she hasn’t been able to visit her usual salon. This home experience was such a blessing.
