Penny is a lovely, friendly nail artist who did a fantastic and efficient job painting nails for a birthday group of ten year olds. Booking process was very good with the lovely Del. Highly recommend!

My friends were guests at a wedding. Susan and Fox came out to the Blue Mountains to do our hair and make up- they were responsive to our style preferences, flexible and did a great job. Communication was great.

At home luxury
We had Vicky come to our house this afternoon and she did a pedicure for my mum and I. She was divine, kind, warm and super professional. We were treated beautifully and Vicky did a sensational job. I had a baby two weeks ago so this was so convenient and so luxurious.

Great Service
I'd like to thank Purely polished for their wonderful service. We had two therapists come to our office to provide manicures for the ladies on Melbourne Cup day.
It was a great morning of pampering. The therapists were lovely and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed in the service
Really disappointed in the service. After being canceled by a private makeup artist I decided to go for a big business as they should protect their reputation. The artist was really nice but all four ladies were very disappointed in the final look. We wanted to be glammed up for a wedding. The artist used BB cream and no powder foundation. She forgot her eyelash curler and grabbed a teaspoon from the kitchen to curl lashes? I asked for gold on the eyelids and she put silver instead. She just painted my eyes and said to come back later to get my lipstick and liner which she never did. Another girls eyeliner was very messy. We didn’t have to heart to tell her as she was really lovely. I would not be recommending purely polished as we spent $560 and ended up doing our own makeup. Lucky we had spare time to do it ourselves but feeling extremely let down. We would love some kind of refund as we believe it was a waste of time...

I previously booked a massage and unfortunately it wasn’t a great massage, but a lovely person named Chriz form purely polished contacted me and recommended to try another massage therapist.
So I thought I’d give them another chance, I’m so glad I did.
It was the best massage I have ever had I highly recommended Ingrid she was so professional and is fantastic at her job.
I’m so glad I gave them another chance, I will definitely book with them again soon!
