The turn around from template to fit was amazing -4 days ! And they worked so hard,no interruptions just got on with the job.
And looks stunning ,great communication along the way -thanks Greg and the team ,brilliant work !! We are so very happy

Our quartz worktops were installed by Pure Quartz. We were kept informed at every stage of the instalment by email or phone very promptly. The templating was done on Monday and the fitting took place on Friday. Greg and John worked quickly, efficiently and courteously throughout. The quoted price was very good and exactly what we paid. We are delighted with our new worktops and thank all the team at Pure Quartz for their work.

I was very impressed with the workmen. They worked hard and were very helpful. The order was dealt with quickly and the customer service was good.

After visiting several stone masons, we found pure quartz, Lee was the most help full of all the sales persons we came across and offered suggestions on materials, prices etc. Pure quartz's price was the most competitive that we received and offered as standard services that other companies charged for including, drainage for the sinks, cut outs and polishing etc.
Lee stood by his quotation even though our kitchen build dragged on, he arranged the templating and fitting within the same week, we are more than pleased with the worktops both in quality, material and installation, I would gladly recommend Pure Quartz over any of the other companies we contacted, Lee was always at the end of the phone if needed. I can not thank Lee enough. Athe best for the future.

I engaged pure quartz for my kitchen worktop and island. They have been really helpful and friendly in the whole process. They delivered and installed the worktop with utmost perfection and could not have asked more! My kitchen looks just perfect and would highly recommend them!

Been a couple of months waiting for Kitchen to be ready so Lee of Pure Quartz has been a patient one, but once we were ready so was Pure Quartz, no pressure, had to be right for us!! Once our worktop was in the guys left no mess and a few minutes later was the call to pay, Amazing job, a few obstacles overcome by the guys due to wonky wall!! Very Professional

So happy with our kitchen worktops, the quality of the work is fantastic.
Also, and perhaps just as important, is the price, if it wasn’t for the reasonable costs and “everything is included” price we simply could not have had a quartz worktop. All the other companies I tried (and I tried lots) were charging for every little detail even down to the edging…which you have to have. Pure quartz priced the job and everything was included. If it could be cut from the stone I’d bought it would be fitted into my house.

Pure Quartz beat our quote from Wren by £1,200

We where hesitant to proceed as the price difference seemed too low compared to various other companies. The fact you do not have to pay a deposit was the decider for us. So we proceeded with the order.
Our worktops have been installed yesterday and we are ecstatic with the installation. Greg the head fitter was amazing to watch and bent over back to accommodate my requests.
The only fault was that the installation team arrived 2 hours later than expected. But apart from that we are so happy to have found this company and will recommending to all family and friends

I am extremely pleased with my whole experience with pure quartz. I love my quartz work tops in my kitchen and utility room. I have shark nose detail that gives such a modern finish. The workmanship is excellent total perfection. The price is very competitive. The tops were templated and fitted in the same week.
I would totally recommend this company.

This company are amazing, I would 100% recommend them, came and did the templating and measurements on the Tuesday and came on the Friday just 3 days later and fitted them, they have done an amazing job. A big thank you to Pure Quartz

Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Obnoxious and aggressive operator - having placed an order a month ago I have been treated with absolute contempt. My only crime was trying to confirm a delivery which was discussed at the time. Apparently the operator of this business doesn’t do customer service and can’t organise his deliveries if the week includes a bank holiday. Avoid - there are plenty of other companies to choose from.

The replies from this business owner speak volumes about his poor attitude and failure to take responsibility.

I demanded nothing - I only called to confirm delivery as per our previous conversation. He would be better off working to improve his business rather than insulting customers he has lost.

I have this morning spoke to Nicky. I have every faith that Nicky has this situation in hand and that improvements will follow.
I extend my thanks to her for reaching out and it is credit to her that she is addressing the issues arising from this situation.

I would love to be able to rate Pure Quartz highly but have had the most terrible experience with them. They came, templated and fitted everything in good time. Once fitted, however, and money paid, we noticed some issues (worktop not flush to wall, not level, pinching gas pipes). We contacted Pure Quartz after 1 week to ask for this to be rectified but were told the fitter was unavailable. Over 8 weeks later, and fitter still hasn't been available and Pure Quartz refused to send anyone else. Note that their website's terms and conditions say that any snags will be fixed within 14 days. We're now in week 9. I'm just so disappointed, not to mention out of pocket as now we have to pay someone else to come and fix it. Really, avoid this company. I wouldn't want anyone else to have a similar experience. I've had numerous conversations with Lee which go round in circles without anything being resolved and are really upsetting.
