Totally in love with our new quartz worktops! They more than complete the kitchen..
The team are brilliant, accurate templating meant that on the install day they were able to fit with no adjustments. The team that fitted worked so hard and were mm perfect.
I've only not put a 5* as communication could be improved. We were told to expect the fitters between 8-10. They came at 12 and I had to call the office to find out where they were. Only a problem as I had the plumber on site waiting to install the sinks.
Saying that, supply and fit were worth every penny and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family.

Response to enquiries was quick and positive, Quotations were competitive. Had quartz installed in 3 bathrooms. Installation was good - especially getting 2.5m length into one bathroom where we were anticipating that this could need to be cut in two. Reception for card payments was poor so multiple attempts were required to get the card payment through. Would recommend services to others

From start to finish excellent customer service and workmanship. Their excellent knowledge on materials/products, good advice, patience and understanding of the customers needs made it an effortless process. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure we got a great deal. My husband and I can’t thank Lee and the team enough.

I have always thought that the real measure of a great company is how they behave when things don't go to plan. Lee was honest, fair and put right the issue immediately. Our requirements were discussed with Lee over the phone on a Friday and a provisional cost agreed subject to reviewing the quartz suggested and details. We visited the office and workshop the following Monday to consider the offer that fortunately met with our requirements in every respect. Lee offered a favourable cost including manufacture, delivery and installation that exceeded our expectation; the order was placed there and then. The perforated island countertop was delivered and installed seven days later by Peter and Greg who also manufactured and finished the countertop to an extremely high standard. The countertop fitted perfectly and it would be remiss not to mention the conscientiousness of both Peter and Greg and their attention to detail during installation, it was inspiring. We have additional bespoke quartz countertop requirements planned for the new year and will have no hesitation in using Pure Quartz. A no-frills customer-friendly conscientious company that do what they say; Amazing.

What a fantastic company and service. I had my templates carried out on the thursday and the same team fitted my tops 3 days later and they look stunning. Both Lee and Pete couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish and Pete is amazing at what he does, the joins in my quartz top are perfect. On top of this they were 2000pound cheaper than what I had been quoted from the kitchen company! Very very happy!

Lee and Peter provided a great service and product at a competitive price. Only problem was due to the quick turn around (template made on Tuesday and installation on the following Sunday) the proposed installation date on the Friday was missed.

Just had our worktops finished and lee and the fitters did a great job and commutation was good. We did everything over the phone and we had a large kitchen to get done we are very happy with the quality of the quartz and the finished look.

I had a great experience with Pure Quartz. They were very knowledgeable and supported me in making the right choice for my taste and my kitchen. Great product, prompt communication and good prices compared to many others on the market. I'm very happy with my worktop and planning on ordering another one for a second kitchen. Lee and Peter are such lovely and helpful guys.

From start to finish we were extremely pleased with the service provided by Purequartz. Lee (the owner) is extremely friendly and his focus is purely to insure you get exactly the right product for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Having selected a beautiful 30mm White Branco Quartz from the wide range available.Our design was discussed, the process was fully explained regarding manufacturing and installation, and a great price was agreed. (which is paid in full on the satisfactory completion of the work). On the agreed date Piotr arrived to template our kitchen, he is exceptional. Piotr made some nice improvements and additions to our design and talked us through how he would finish and install each piece. That was on the Tuesday and INCREDIBLY on the Friday Piotr was back with his equally impressive colleague Lucas. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed watching these two exceptional craftsman at work and during the process we really enjoyed their company. The guys went well beyond our expectations and the finishing touches were greatly appreciated. A BIG thankyou from Nic and all the best for the future. Purequartz is a first class operation that we will 100% be recommending to our friends and family. Thanks again Lee, Piotr and Lucas.
