Thanks for your professional edited reply. (I appreciate the removal of some of your previous comments).
Maybe in future, if you offer a discount to clients explain that the fitter booked in for a 10am-3pm apt might be turning up at 9pm on a Saturday night to start a 5/6hr job. That’s all I’m saying - the client can then make an informed decision if they wish to go ahead with your company.

You where offered a job worth £2900 for £1850. We explained to you at the office on your appointment that in order to achieve this price we where using offcuts from a job that was commencing at the same time as yours. The job we where waiting on had experienced delays so there was no point in templating your job until we could confirm there where sufficient offcuts available. The late arrival was agreed by your partner so we could honour the same week turnaround from template. It is astonishing that we are being slandered for working out of hours at no extra cost to install your worktops to accommodate your requests, especially given the fact that you benefited substantially from the reasons why the Template dates where delayed which lead to our late arrival.
Your partner was kept up to date through out the project, we would not of cancelled any appointments and would of stayed on schedule if we where not offering such a deal from offcuts.
It is disappointing that you have not mentioned your huge discounts and the reason appointments where cancelled which lead to our late arrival trying to accommodate the same week turnaround.
It is very hard to obtain a 5 star service when our main focus is trying to keep to an unrealistic budget
and rely on offcuts from another job. All of which was explained to Mr&Mrs Thompson and agreed to by both. We endeavour to give each customer a brilliant experience when choosing Pure Quartz and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I recently had a brand new quartz kitchen counter installed by Pure Quartz & am overly satisfied with their customer service & craftsmanship. I contacted quite a few companies for the project & decided to go with them as they had the best quality products at the most competitive price & their level of customer service & customer engagement was second to none. They were always accommodating, friendly & professional, even when having to deal with countless phone calls & questions from me. Everything was done seamlessly & efficiently & I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Recommending pure quarts
Had a quartz worktop installed by Pure Quartz today. The whole team was extremely professional and methodical in their entire dealings. Lee the owner invited us to his showroom which is very basic as it is in portacabin He showed the various quartz slabs and we picked the one we liked and signed our name on the back. Next day they came promptly and measured up and two days later they installed the worktops
If you are looking for efficient job without frills of an expensive showroom at a reasonable price then I would recommend Pure Quartz

Not a satisfactory experience
Not a satisfactory experience. were supposed to turn up first thing in morning turned up 6pm, supposed to turn up first thing to fit work tops turned up at 8pm repeated calls as to where they were met with "ill call you back" but never did. When I tried to fit my range cooker into the gap it wouldn't fit so repeated phone calls met with repeated excuse until I threatened legal action and then someone came round and corrected it (after 6}. Get your quote in writing.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service regarding appointment arrival times. Pure Quartz takes responsibility for the late arrivals and lack of communication. This job commenced in December 2019 at the busiest time of the year and as your worktops were granite (not quartz) it takes longer to manufacture. We can only estimate how long each job will take to manufacture and have to ensure the quality is of the highest standard while aiming to install all worktops prior to Christmas and within our turnaround period. We installed your worktops within 5 working days from the day of the template at the peak time of the year. Every member of our team was in the factory working as hard as possible to not leave any customers without a worktop prior to Christmas so our service in the office usually is affected in the last 2 weeks prior to Christmas.
Once the worktops were installed you agreed you were happy with the worktop installation and made payment in full (as we take NO DEPOSIT). You then called back mid-Jan to say your range cooker would not fit in the gap allocated as there were screws on the side and you needed us to trim the worktop a few millimeters. We, unfortunately had to cancel 2 appointments we arranged due to circumstances out of our control. Legal action was never mentioned and was not the reason we came back to trim the worktops, this would not be a legal matter at all. We have never left a customer with insufficient working worktops, this was just a case of bad luck on our behalf regarding timing.
The comment regarding 'Get your quote in writing' was not required as you paid exactly the same amount as you were quoted(a few extra charges were even waived in order to accommodate Mr.Fowler's budget and requirements). Mr. Fowler was told he would get upstands out of the purchased slab, but as granite is a natural stone and comes in different slab sizes (estimated) and you have to check for natural cracks around the edges Mr.Fowlers upstands had to be 50mm rather than 100mm (unless another slab 3200mmx2000mm was purchased). He was notified prior to commencing manufacturing and was not required to make a deposit so he could have canceled the order if there was any discrepancies. But Mr.Fowler opted to proceed with the order and then persisted to display he's unhappiness and even said it was unprofessional even though he was notified throughout the project and agreed with all decisions. We try our best to utilize the full slab and save our clients any possible savings as we understand that most people are at the end of their budget betime they get to select their worktops.
We are very passionate about our work and put a lot of effort and thought into giving the customer a happy stress-free experience. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused and hope you are happy with the quality of your worktop installation.
