It all started off very well but there was a hold up along the way.
I visited Pure Quartz to choose which stone I would go for and notified them when the new kitchen units would be fitted so they could measure up. They arrived dead on time on the Monday to measure and bought back the cut slabs on the Thursday.
However, one stone wasn't correct and we then had to wait for a new delivery of stone. Due to various problems out of anyone's control during the 2nd lockdown, the final installation ran a week late.
But the new fitting ran smoothly and looks gorgeous and I was even given a discount because of the delay.
At all times, all the guys involved were very apologetic for the delay, polite and friendly.
I would use them again.
If it had been installed on the original Thursday, I would have given them a 5 star.
The price was excellent.

Great job just just completed late a couple of days late

Really pleased with my new kitchen worktops. The tops were templated and fitted within a week, which was great, after the long delay to the kitchen being fitted following the pandemic. I was particularly pleased that the cutters made a special effort to get the main worktop in one piece, it looks fab! Thank you to Lee and the whole team.

No pushy salesman. Professional, helpful and informative. Measured up beginning of week and fitted by the end. Friendly fitters did a fantastic job. Work tops look stunning. Would recommend 100% Pure Quartz all the way.

Sorry it has taken me some time to write my review, I want to say a big thank you to Lee and his team for all their hard work and determination for creating a beautiful worktop which included a recessed drainer which is a real skill. I’m sure Lee will agree I’m one fussy lady but he listened and worked with me to create just what I wanted!

If you want a huge range to choose from, a low price, fitting within a week from selection, a low price or workmanship which is like watching an artist at work, then pure quartz are the company you are looking for! We had a quartz worktop fitted with sharknose edging and almost invisible joints. Other big name companies had a tiny range, did not offer sharknose edging, claimed it would take 4-6 weeks from order and the joints they showed us on examples were horrendous. Not to mention a price that was 50% more! Could not have asked for more. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

We got quotes from quite a few places and Pure Quartz was the cheapest. Really glad we went with them - very good value and they did the job quickly. They came to do the templating on Monday and the worktop was fitted by Thursday lunchtime. My only slight annoyance is that payment was a bit of a faff because they forgot the card reader and for paying over the phone you have to schedule a time so they can make sure the head office have a card reader available. But all in all, very happy for the price.

Our journey to a new worktop has been an interesting one, with quotes from local suppliers ranging from the surprisingly cheap, to the eyewateringly expensive.
Pure gave me an indicative quotation via the website form for two different tops which was fast, helpful, and competitive.
A trip to their office in Ashford presented us with a massive choice of tops, and Lee insisted that we took the samples away to ensure the colours were right in our room.
Having made a choice and placed an order, their fitter came to template within a week. He was really thorough and clearly knew his stuff. Better still, he came back to fit the top within the same week, working late on Saturday evening to get it all finished.
I've got to say, for what is a significant investment within a kitchen project, Pure gave me confidence, great value and delivered on their word.

Excellent job they have done. I will definitely recommend this company.

I just want to say a big thank you to Lee and Greg for fitting a full worktop and splash back in my new kitchen. It looks amazing. Not only did Lee go out of his way to help me choose the right material, he was also extremely helpful and I got a ridiculously good price for all of the works including Greg cutting a work top for the utility room. Greg is an outstanding fitter, I would definitely request him if you want to have a top quality job done. He is highly skilled and was extremely good humoured and hard working while fitting the worktops. He went that extra mile and made sure that I was happy with everything before payment. It was a pleasure to deal with Lee and his team. He was very polite and professional. He gave us options and recommendations, which were very useful. The turnaround from choosing the material to getting the worktop installed was pretty fast. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the worktop and shall be buying from them again should we require another worktop.
