UJust received order this morning and the date sugar package is damaged, it definitely looks like it might be a rat or mice infestation in their warehouse as it clearly looks like rodent bite marks.

Saw on Dragon's Den and decided to take a look. I follow a KETO lifestyle so 'carb content' is essential for me which usually means expensive sugar substitutes. I have just received my first order... See more

Unfortunately, the product does have an acquired metallinc bitterish taste and isn't any better than other sweeteners. Besides, it isn't 70% sweet compared to sugar but rather 50%. The only advantag... See more

My second order - trying different products

My second order. This time I ordered honey, fruit Sweetener and puresweet Zero. Haven't tasted the zero yet. I prefer their maple Syrup to honey. Personal choice and their brown sugar. Will place another maple Syrup order soon. Excellent customer service and delivery. Thank you.

Great!

I had very poor expectations. To date all sugar substitutes have tasted disgusting but this is amazing. Definitely this lives up to its hype. It’s a little less sweet than sugar but looks the same and no problem putting more on your cornflakes as it’s zero calories! I experimented with using it in a sponge and it came out as normal except a bit paler than with “real sugar”. It’s not cheap but hopefully in time will cost less due to economies of scale.

I did not like the taste and as…

I did not like the taste and as mentioned you need to use a lot to get a sweet taste. When using more I felt sick afterwards.

Was disappointed as I thought there was something better than what I already use - puresweet is not it

Disappointed

Unfortunately, the product does have an acquired metallinc bitterish taste and isn't any better than other sweeteners. Besides, it isn't 70% sweet compared to sugar but rather 50%. The only advantage is that it is natural. As I don't use sugar at all, I might be tempted to try and get used to it but it is far too expensive.

It just wasn't sweet enough

It just wasn't sweet enough. In comparison to my usual sweetener, it didn't stack up. I ordered a 25g sample bag and had to use the whole sachet to achieve the same level of sweetness of 1.5 TSP of canderel sugarly
