I was transitioning from a Verizon family plan to Puretalk. I was concerned that, if I were to convert first, my number was the primer Verizon number, my family would lose their phone service. I was quite pleased that Puretalk customer support was very helpful guiding us through that process.

Pure Talk's customer service team appears to be knowledgeable of the various programs and available promotions. The CST spends the required time listening and understanding the client's needs, plus has a working knowledge of correcting the correctable. The CST also understands the importance of time management and what is required to fix the issue(s). The CST is not condescending, does not belittle the client, and shows respect, even when the client is not fully understanding the potential challenge.

I live in a very rural part of the Arizona desert & I operate on solar power. Over the 25 years I have had cell service it has been sketchy at best, even with a signal booster. My reception with PureTalk has been better than ever and at substantial savings. Customer service is always courteous and helpful.
Voicemail box is difficult to use
Voicemail box is difficult to use. Would rather it be disabled and go back to the phone voicemail box.
No reason to call so far.
I have only had one reason to call and that was because I felt bad for not rounding up to help the Veterans and had that changed to do so. I have not had any other reasons to call so far and therefore you all seem to be doing everything very good.

Awesome service, I have better signal at my house than the last 15 years at Verizon. Plus I am saving $1200 a year.

Disappointed
Before switching to Puretalk, I checked to make sure the signal would be good in my area and it showed it was. It is not at all. Things won't load, calls sometimes I can't hear the other person...Pretty disappointed. Will probably be switching carriers unfortunately.

Your cell phone coverage is horrible…
Your cell phone coverage is horrible near my home. After several calls with Pure Talk, it was acknowledged that I live very close to a "black" zone on Pure Talk maps. Interesting that that reality was never mentioned as I was signing up for service from Pure Talk. Radio ads are very misleading as Hannity and Levine make the statements that their Pure Talk provider uses the same service towers as Verizon and AT & T.
In past calls to discuss my concerns, no one mentions what is being done to improve your cell phone coverage.
