I have only good things to say about Pure Theatre and the brilliant customer service and advice I received from Chris.

After listening to my requirements for audio surround sound system for my new house build, Chris gave his honest opinion of what would be the best fit for the design of our house.

This is the third time I have been back to Pure Theatre and have been looked after by them from day one. The after sales and the customer support are in my opinion second to none, Chris’s professional advice has been well worth taking and I am very pleased with the equipment I purchased.

This is an excellent company who knows how to do customer service. I made a big purchase (for me) of a Projector, Lift, and Screen 10 Years ago and the projector finally packed it in. Bought a new one and posted a question on the P.T. website asking for some advice about mounting due to spacing changes to the Projector MFG mounting screws. Instead of an email response I received a phone call the next morning where they were able to respond to all my additional questions as they came up.

Amazing service from Chris and his team !
Purchased screen and projector lift about 10 years ago and only recently started to encounter issues. Repaired the lift and after attempts to repair screen , established it makes sense to replace. Nothing was too much trouble including allowing me to visit them out of normal hours ! Icing on the cake, they were surprised the screen failed even after 10 years of use and therefore allowed me to trade it in.
I doubt there will be many companies that offer this level of service especially in today's dispose and replace view on products.

We cannot recommend Pure Theatre highly enough ! We recently visited them at the premises in Donnington with a view to purchasing a replacement projector for our cinema room. We were given a very thorough demonstration of both the Epson and Sony projectors which were shown working simultaneously side by side. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase either model and as we already have a cinema room and no pressure to buy additional equipment in fact Chris went out of his way to ensure that we could make use of the existing equipment that we have. We purchased the Epson TW9400W we were given excellent guidance on how to install the new projector and despite not being technically minded it was up and running within the hour.Fantastic product superb picture quality, it was a pleasure to deal with Pure Theatre , true customer service at its best !

I was searching for rack shelves that would be compatible with my audio and video equipment and I stumbled upon Pure Theatre through a google search. Pure Theatre had exactly what I was looking for (but then I noticed that they were located in the UK, darn it). I’m in the US and I was concerned about ordering from overseas; would the product ever arrive? What would it cost to ship to the US? Etc. After searching on the internet more I wasn’t able to find what I needed so I decided to give Pure Theatre a shot and placed my order. The order shipped out the very next day at a very reasonable shipping quote (especially considering it was coming from overseas). To my amazement the shipment arrived to my doorstep in California 2 days later; absolutely incredible!! For comparison I ordered a few products the same day from a domestic company also located in California and 14 days later still have not received what I ordered. Pure Theatre’s products were top notch and fit perfectly. I am so blown away by their products and services and I can’t wait to have a need for more equipment from them.

The experience was first class from start to finish. I visited the Telford showroom and had experienced the quality of both sound and video available to me. I probably spent more than my original budget but that was absolutely the right decision as I’m made up with what I ordered and received. Our home cinema is so futuristic in terms of automation, lighting, sound and video, everyone who visits my house comments on the set up. Purchased the CR-50 Lift and had it shipped to Canada. Very good sales support and order handling, the packaging was well prepared and shipping was quick and professionally handled.
