I ordered 3 items last week and yet they have not dispatched any items more than a week after ordered and paid in full. Horrible experience thru their customer service and no response from anyone since informing this issue over the phone. They said no manager available to deal with this issue and I only need to wait and no refund at all!!!

Ordered a product through Pure ventilation who use Direct Freight. Delivery details showed incorrect address rang Direct Freight and Pure Ventilation to inform them of correct address and that needed delivered on agreed day as had handyman doing work at site for the day. "Yes yes no problem." Didn't deliver it on the day, delivery tracking still has incorrect address. Rang on the day repeatedly. No action taken. How hard Can it be!?!?

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is unethical and should be avoided at all costs

DONT BUY FROM THEM. They are very sneaky.
Purchased a 2 room heat transfer kit from them June 2025. After professional installation by electrician it turns out the thermostat is incompatible with the kit. There is no support at all !!! They will get you to call their various suppliers to get support as they are unable to offer any assistance. The are also VERY SNEAKY. They dont have a google review or physical site so you cannot leave negative reviews or located them. Be careful

Excellent customer service from James. We're building a commercial bathhouse, so not a small project. As carpenters, ventilation is not our expertise. James really took the time to run me through everything, ensuring we got all the right equipment with the right flow rates, as well as running through some technical aspects such as the need for backdraft shutters and their location. He then followed up with an email containing links to all the products he suggested. Very grateful for the assistance, thank you James!

I purchased an Rangehood kit from Pure Ventilation which was not suitable for our installation and when I tried to return it they wouldn’t try to help and set up a barrier to not get me refunded.

I see that I am not the only person who has left negative feedback for the same reason. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I hope others read this before purchasing. Try to stay away from them.

I would never purchase anything from them again nor recommend their business as they make everything so difficult.

Extraordinarily bad customer service. Quick to charge the money, and to ask for reviews, but the order has not been delivered. No replies to emails about the lost items. I wish I had seen all the other bad reviews about this business, before I ordered from this shonky company.

I purchased an inline fan kit from Pure Ventilation which was not suitable for our installation and when I tried to return it they would not give a refund or exchange as the box was opened by the Electrician who said it was not suitable due the fan unit being larger than the vent size. There was no label on the box advising “if opened avoids return or refund”. Once the seal is broken you can kiss your money goodbye. I only wanted to exchange the product in return for a similar priced item that fitted. Stupidly they make the inline fan unit LARGER than the ceiling vent size so it physically does not fit.

After being stuffed around for a few weeks I then want to return the non-electrical items and they now tell me they will charge a restocking fee plus a delivery charge for the initial delivery.

I see that I am not the only person who has left negative feedback for the same reason. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I hope others read this before purchasing. They wouldn't even talk to me over the phone. All correspondence had to be done via email. Maybe their staff are sick of being abused.

I hate to think of the problems I would have, if their product failed and I had to make a warranty claim.

This company has an aggressive and legalistic approach to returns. I can not recommend doing business with them. Ensure you read the 1 star reviews before you buy anything from them.

Good range, good value, and speedy delivery.

I was looking for parts to setup a 2 room heat exchange system, this site had plenty of choice and pre-bundled options. I went with a custom selection of parts.

My order was shipped on the next day of me ordering.

Prices are similar or better than Ebay listed Ads.
