A pleasant experience

Ordered two products from this company of which I had to discontinue use due to a conflict with medication. I explained this dilemma to them and they immediately refunded all of the money to my account. Amazing company and fantastic after sales. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am a million percent satisfied with my subscription of purchases from this company. They really can not do enough for you, and their discounts are more than generous.
The products are pure, and work as expected, and I have been a customer of Puralabs for years.

Life changing

Life changing, I am a 48years old lady I had a full hysterectomy last October, and I refused taking HRT. I was looking for something natural, searching online. I came across puralabs with all the positive review and decided to give it a try. After less than a week; I can feel a big change.

Difficulty cancelling subscriptions should be a violation of consumer rights …

I used to be able to go into my account and manage my subscription but purolabs has removed the feature for cancelling subscriptions
Have been on their website for hours with no success in cancelling so it seems I will have to find a way to close my account and cancel my payment method
I’m not liking what I see right now with purolabs it’s a violation.
I’ve spent over a thousand pounds with them and I didn’t expect this
They need to understand that people’s situation changes and they may have to stop those high potency supplements

Purolabs are Untrustworthy!!!
I have been sending numerous emails to cancel my orders because I have fulfilled my obligation of 2 completed transactions. “Conveniently” For Purolabs, every time I send them, it’s sent back to me stating this site is UNAVAILABLE due to Maintenance!! They have no problem sending me emails. VERY SUSPICIOUS. This is the second review I have put on here. NOT HAPPY

Purolabs be warned dont buy anything…

Purolabs be warned dont buy anything from them i joined and agreed to a monthly delivery that i could stop at any time which i did after number of months they agreed to stop the deliveries and not take any more moey however PUROLABS stopped the delivery but continued to take money from my account so youve been warned stay away from this company
