Absolutely great customer service. Enabled me to fit my Nemesis wheel lock to my new caravan. Helpful advice and prompt delivery of new receiver bolt at reasonable price. Have also supplied spare keys. A contrast with Milenco who have been slow and expensive. I still await spare key ordered weeks ago at double the cost charged by Purple Line. I asked for advice about a wheel lock at the same time. I have heard nothing from them.

i purchased a purple line nemisis ultra about 4 years ago and fitted to my caravan no problem i then bought a newer caravan this month and when i went to fit the lock needed the longer stud adaptor which came with the kit but couldnt get the lock to lock in i spoke to Duncan at Purple Line and sent back the problem stud as they requested and 2 days later new stud arrived and fitted on the caravan and locked no problem can only thank them and even though i bought the product 4 years ago they still went above and beyond to help me out and let my continue using my Nemisis Ultrs
I have recently purchased the caravan twin wheel lock. It is easy to fit and use. It goes with the other excellent products I use, the Saracin hitch lock and corner steady locks.

Having purchased a new controller and handset over a year ago, for our caravan mover, we started experiencing problems with one of the buttons on the handset. I mentioned this through the on-line info/help line and Purple Line came straight back with a suggestion to solve the problem which worked first time! Saved me a whole lot of time, agro and cost. Well done Purple Line.
I needed a replacement bolt for my wheel lock as I had misplaced the one that came with it. I contacted purple line by email. They responded the next day and I was able to order the bolt. It arrived promptly and now the wheel lock is secured to my caravan. Fabulous service and a great product.

I had a problem with my E-go 0309 motor mover which is now obsolete) and the only company that took an interest in helping me where Purple Line, not only did they have an updated replacement part they providing me with fitting videos showing the right conversion for wires and overnight postage. their customer services are is second to non I will definitely recommend this company on all the groups that I am a member
I contacted Purple Line for help with a Hitchdrive hand powered caravan mover bought going on for 20 years ago.
Simon, their Technical Assistant was most helpful sending details of the device which they no longer make. The information allowed me to fix the problem and the Hitchdrive now works as it should. Simon was very polite in all his discussions with me by phone and email and gets my thanks for very good service.
Bought new handset of remote control for my caravan mover but it did not work. Received immediate and friendly hints from Purple Line's warranty team. At the end I was offered sending the handset back to Purple Line and within 3 days received a replacement unit that now works perfectly. This fast and perfect warranty support worked even across borders (UK/Germany).
We had an issue with our twin axel motor mover (both electrical units had burnt out). Simon couldn't have been more helpful and immediately sent out replacements for next day delivery (under their 5 year no quibble warranty). The customer service was excellent! The motor mover is now working again happily and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I needed some spare parts for my rather old PurpleLine motor mover, the parts were not in stock but PurpleLine kindly sent me some used spares at no cost.
First class customer support and excellent service from both Mark and Simon at PurpleLine, I know where my next motor mover will be coming from.

I purchased an Excalibur wheel lock for my caravan and after a year the lock developed a fault and I then rang Purple Line who supplied the wheel lock and within 2 days a replacement lock arrived complete with 3 new keys, many thanks to Simon who dealt with the issue, we’ll worth the 5 stars for 5 star service 👌

Hi I had a problem with the Motor Mover fitted to my Caravan. I contacted Purple Line and was put through to Mr Simon Burns of Technical Support. The assistance I had was brilliant. Simon helped me go through a selection of tests, unfortunately they were inconclusive. I had to send back a couple of units which Simon tested when they got to him. He found there was a fault on both units. After giving me his apologies, Simon returned two brand new units the following day. I fitted them myself and they worked fine. I can only say that Simon and Purple Line have been really good with their support, very quick and efficient.
Purpleline UK (not Germany!) helped me super kindly. Thank you so much.
