equipment is easy to assembly and use. the motors are doing their job as expected with ease and seem very sturdy.
Ben and Mark were great, helping me with my questions and making possible the delivery in Portugal.
Having bought a Nemesis Ultra I had an issue fitting it. Perhaps the instructions could be slightly clearer but having emailed Purpleline and received a quick reply (same day) which solved the problem.
Thanks to Ben and team for prompt response to my spares and motor mover user manual enquiry. Spares arrived next day, link to manual sent via email. I did not expect the parts to be in stock for such an old model (2008 enduro) First class service indeed.
Emailed the company about spare parts for a wheel lock and got a very quick reply with the availability and price of the items and how to order them when they become available in the new year.

Having met Hayley Pye by chance at a caravan dealer open day, she together with Ben at the office conspired to solve my motor mover problem by supplying a new isolator switch. I bought the unit second hand with the caravan so no warranty was involved and there was no onus on them to help. Five stars is not enough in my mind.

Outstanding service, from Ben at Purple Line, great to deal with a company who cares about their customers and communicate in a way that is easy to understand. All I wanted was a spare part and it was acknowledged and supplied in a matter of days once I supplied picture of part required. Other companies should take note. With such a great range of products and first class aftersales Purple Line deserve our business.
While fitting my new Ego titanium mover I discovered a crack in the roller outer bearing housing. E-mailed Purpleline on Monday and received a replacement first post on Wednesday. First class service, which saved the holiday, thanks to Ben
I recently had to contact Purple Line regarding a slight problem with one of the motor movers I had installed in Feb 2018. The service I received has been excellent from start to finish and I cannot praise them highly enough. The whole process from reporting the fault to the attendance of the Engineer has been seamless and I am absolutely delighted with the standard of work and excellent service.
It's rare for me to leave a review, let alone a 5 star review. The wheel clamp purchased a 'Purple Line Excalibur wheel lock FRL100' was well made and of strong construction, and secure design. Although it is intended to be fitted to a bar at the back of the wheel (which they provide with the kit) I found it fits perfectly into the Alko wheel lock receiver fitted as standard by the caravan chassis manufacturer. It is easy to use and far better value than the Alko equivalent product. Having used the unit for around a year, I encountered an issue with the lock. It would have been better if this hadn't occurred, but a company can in my eyes be measured by how it responds to issues raised. The warranty claim made was handled by 'Ben' who was efficient and courteous. The turn round time from advising of the issue to a replacement lock delivered was just a couple of days. Great response, that was very much appreciated. Remember to register quickly to gain the benefit of their extended warranty.
