Happy camper

I purchased a Saracen hitch lock for our van. I have found it simple to fit ,and it is 100% successful as our has not been stolen or interfered with very happy peter & trish

Very good service

Bought a KOJACK carvan Jack. Used it two times on each wheels on my carvan and now it leak Oil from the top of the jack. Write to Purpleline and ask how to fix this. They never answered my inquiry.
But after that they reacted immediately, and send new gasket for the jack.

Nemesis wheel lock.

Nemesis wheel lock.
I fitted a nemesis caravan wheel lock to my caravan.what a great piece of kit so easy to use.once the reciever is fitted to replace a wheel bolt
Only takes seconds to fit.
I found the only fiddly bit was locating key in lock.good value when compared to other locks.Thanks purpleline.sandy knox.

Safe and secure

Really easy to fit , excellent security, gives a real sense of security. And piece of mind .Good value for money would recommend to anyone. Excellent.

Just spent almost £200 on a Nemisis …

Just spent almost £200 on a Nemisis Ultra and a Gull Wing Hitch Lock.
both products bought this week from different dealers had registration paperwork saying new keys could be purchased at £10 including p&P On ringing was told price had increased to £19.95 each! virtually a 100% increase. Dont expect after sales service, hope the product performs. would never purchase from this company again

Superb service.

My handset stopped working, so I retuned it for repair, though it was well out of guarantee.
The service I received was nothing short of superb. A new handset arrived within 24 hours, free of charge. I would unreservdly reccomend this firm.

Nemesis Ultra wheel lock

My husband purchased this item on 11/08/16, tried to fit to caravan wheel and found there was a lot of play and didn't fit tight enough to wheel, a fellow caravaner who had the same product said he had the same trouble and we needed more spacer rings. Rang purpleline on 31 August, spoke to Yemi, who advised had no spaces in stock, ring next week, which he did and spoke to Leanne, who did send what spacer rings that were available ( 3 or 4) which wasn't enough to solve the problem. Rang again on 28 September and spoke to Vanessa, who advised my husband he wasn't fitting it right and transferred him to Mark (technical adviser) very helpful and agreed we needed more spacer rings. Still received nothing so rang again on 10 October and was advised by Joanne they were posted 2nd class on 6 October. Still not received by 17 October, rang again and spoke to Joanne, who advised couldn't make a claim for the spacers we hadn't received until 21 days after being posted. To date still received nothing. Customer service diabolical. Item not fit for the purpose it was sold, because without these spacers it can be tampered with. Been back to the caravan company where it was purchased and they have one on display and assured my husband he was fitting it correctly and YES he needs extra spacer rings, which they do not carry stock off and need to get in touch with purpleline. It has cost us more in time and telephone calls, than the spacer rings cost. Buy at your peril, this item costs over a £100

Poor Customer Service & Products

I Purchased a Kojack Lite (Caravan Jack) in March 2013 and given it's a Bottle Jack I have rarely used it, however when I checked it recently the seal appears to have blown so oil was bubbling out of it .. given it's age I contacted Purple Line to request if it could be repaired or if I could purchase the seal and do it myself, however after several weeks and various e-mails back and forth I have got nowhere, each time being told their technical team will contact me which never happened .. I have now resigned myself to the fact I will need to scrap it and write off the £80 cost to experience ...
UPDATE:
After posting a message on their Facebook Page they posted me a packet of washers and seals but with no instructions, so whilst it's a nice gesture it does not resolve my issue ..
