I have a number of Purple line products all of which have proved to be well made, reliable and value for money.
I recently lost a part for the torpedo leg lock and whilst Purple line do not supply spare parts they were happy to provide a replacement for my lost part.
I am happy to recommend this company for the professionalism of it's staff and it's products without reservation.

I would like to express our thanks to the efficient customer care that I have received from Purple line caravan mover our mover stopped and after doing the usual checks we contacted Purple line Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable taking us through the process of troubleshooting, re-syncing remote control with unit when that was found not to be the problem we were advised to post the unit to them we did and within 24 hours the unit was received and back on the van working. Ben was so helpful I would recommend anyone considering fitting a caravan mover to choose Purple line. Thankyou!

I had an issue with my Excalibur caravan wheel lock and rang purpleline to see what could be done. I was told to return the lock, and they sent me out a brand new one to replace it. Customer service was excellent. Thanks purpleline

Needed a new bag and contacted Purple Line under their guarantee. Whole issue dealt with very quickly and very professionally. Wish there were more companies with this level of customer service

Very secure steady lock for caravan. A clear visible deterrent. Well priced for extra peace of mind. Simple to fit yet secure. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with my nemesis wheel lock. It was easy to fit and very obvious with a good quality build.
I have no bad points about this product and would recommend it to anyone wanting yo secure their caravan.

Recently changed our caravan and wanted an easier wheel lock to use than the ALKO wheel lock we previously had. The difference for users is like chalk and cheese - I can take off or put on the Nemesis lock in seconds, unlike previous attempts with the ALKO which has to be positioned on the caravan wheel to a very precise position before you can lock it to the axle. I use this lock at every stop we make. I have had no problems with the lock, and don't expect any, as it is a well-made sturdy piece of kit so cannot comment on customer service from Purpleline.

easy to buy, deliver and fit!

Purchased the Single Axle Kojak Caravan Jack
On first use the jack seized in the fully extended position while it had jacked up the caravan.
I had to use the car scissor jack to raise the caravan higher so I could get the jack out and away from the caravan.
Returned to retailer for refund. Not ready yet to trust another Kojak.

Great Idea but not without design faults/oversights.I would have given 5 stars but as a Chartered Engineer I can't totally justify it. The best lock is the Alko wheel-Chassis lock for secure fixing. I bought the Nemesis Ultra to actually add a 2nd level of security to the caravan instead of just buying a locking wheel nut..I did a fair amount of research before purchasing and viewed the videos on how to use the lock..after purchasing in Nov 2018 from a large caravan dealer I fitted it to the van before going back into storage. Oh man the process of adding the shim washers to get the correct level of distance to the alloy wheel was a tortuous process and even after about 10 attempts it still didn't feel right, the poor old foam sleeve on the long bar got ripped to shreds on the caravan chassis, I have a popular Swift Challenger SE Lux 480 so a normal popular caravan but the shimming process was a ball ache, I also torqued the (small) wheel nut to the correct level. After I satisfied myself of the correct fitting off to the storage facility. On setting the locks (Alko 1st) the Nemesis felt loose, so all that initial faffing seemed to contradict itself, the lock/key worked so I left it as is..Two areas I would like to see more design improvements 1) Foam sleeving is a waste of time, needs to be more robust e.g like hose pipe and I can see why there aren't any videos on the shimming process as it would put most people off 2) The plastic weather cap is too short as it doesn't cover the 2nd allen key hole closest to the face and this will allow water ingress and if you don't grease it will become difficult to remove at a later date if you need to alter the fitting for another van...so Yes a great lock but with some extra care and attention would be great..BTW I sent images and comments in Nov 2018 to the company (Purpleline) and have heard not a sausage....would I recommend..yes but not without faults.
