Great value and great fun. The amusements were expensive, but courses, food and drink were reasonable

My children loved it,lots of different courses to choose from. Easy,medium,hard. Staff very friendly,very clean. I've got 2 complaints. At a certain time they have a dj and the music were really loud I felt like I was in a night club. My disabled son didn't like it and got really agitated. The arcade doesn't really have much of a choice.

Really enjoyable experience for both adults and children. We played all 3 courses with a break in between for lunch. The pizza's were amazing, highly recommend!!

First time at Puttstars Rochdale , great value for money , nice and clean , staff very friendly , even in a very busy half term

It was our first time at puttstars Harrow . The staff was friendly, but it’s a shame there wasn’t many staff around to help when we had children running onto our course disrupting our game . Also the ticket exchange machines were both out of service. We had to keep getting someone to fix them.

On both courses we did there was a hole on each that had broken fixtures making it difficult to complete .

Overall experience if these problems hadn’t occurred it would have been a great day

Very disappointing is every respect, I would rather play crazy golf at Valley Gardens in Harrogate for ¼ of the price with friendly staff and clean toilets and do not inflate the price because of school holidays - Spoke to customer care who said we have a no refund or compensation policy - I spoke & emailed customer who could not care

Came here for first time with my two sons , they both really enjoyed it.They also visited the arcades and sat down for a milkshake. Was a good evening x

We had arranged our son's birthday party at Harrow centre. All the kids had funtime and Staff of the centre Mr Ahmed (Manager) and Mr Tyler were very helpful.

Would highly recommend an evening out at Puttstars. The whole evening was so much fun. There were 9 of us in total and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. A special mention goes out to Alice and Callum who really looked after us all evening.

We were a large group of 11 (6 adults & 5 children aged 2-12) we were prewarned on arrival that one of the course was extremely busy but we were welcome to use it if we wanted. We decided to do the medium course which was fairly busy but not chaotic. The course was easy to navigate, fen designs and easily accessible for our group members. There was also a small but varied selection of arcade games available. Will definitely be returning, already looking at booking our next visit. Will be recommending to friends.

Visited the Peterborough branch. Overall it’s a good mini golf place. It is quite expensive for 9 holes. Disappointing that loads of drinks were out of stock, and both toilets were out of order. As a lot of others have said. Loads of older teenagers/young adults running about, treating the place with such a lack of respect, that it impacts other people’s experience. A lot of amusement machines were out of order as well. Would be good to see an interactive darts board there as well as other arcade/amusement machines.

First visit and not wowed at all. Check in was quick and he was obviously fed up of asking the same questions! We didn’t get our pre paid drinks voucher so had to ask for that, when we got to the bar there was no one at the bar for around 5 minutes to serve us. Despite booking two courses we were only given one score card. When someone did arrive at the bar they weren’t of age to serve us and instead of dealing with it professionally and calming she was panicking. No coke or bottles available!!! The staff are too young, inexperienced and no one visible taking control or leading the team on a busy Saturday afternoon. The place is huge, open, loud and full of screaming kids, this is purely a family venue not for groups of adults. The courses was messy with coats all around it as the tables only had a couple of hooks to use and nowhere else to hang anything up. Empty glasses and dirty menus all on the tables. Signage is poor when you arrive at the course, if it’s busy you don’t see the signs on the floor due to people already standing over it! Toilets were closed which meant a long walk to the bus station or lower car park toilets. Only good think is the course itself it’s fun. Due to the overall experience we won’t be back and can’t recommend it either.

We visited straight after school, a perfect time with younger children it was very quiet. No waiting or feeling rushed, the boys loved it, we as a older couple also really enjoyed the whole atmosphere.

Was my first time going with family and had an amazing day will definitely be going again staff was very helpful when we arrived

My kids love puttstars been quite a few times and never any problems they certainly come out smiling

Not a great experience, average waiting times per hole were 15 minutes, after waiting 25 minutes over booking time to play. The bright lights seem to be there to distract you from the fact the play pace is terrible, the course wasn't amazing or of amazingly high standard. Many people were inebriated and allowed to carry glasses around the course, with many small children around this is a major safety concern. A poundshop version of swingers, glad we went so we know not to go again, whole experience ruined a birthday treat!

Very good family day out. Mini golf was really funny and good experience for all ages. Lots of different activities. Food was tasty but portions very small for the price we paid. We definitely will visit again
