I recently went through an old jewelery box I’d collected keepsakes in for years and decided to learn more about a few of the pieces I had. Went into Puyallup Diamond & Gold Buyers and had such a great experience! Jessica was so friendly and able to answer all of my questions & explained different factors & markets that are each considered as well as ensuring full transparency and wanting the best for both buyers & sellers. She took the time to show me tests and the meaning of some of the more unique stamps/markings on my jewelry. Not only did I leave with a few hundred more than I entered with, but I enjoyed the sincerity Jessica has within interactions w each customer. I also can confirm that they pay higher % for gold than the majority of other highly rated buyers in the area. Jessica and Puyallup Diamond & Gold are the real deal!

Once I was able to get in to have the assessment, it was wonderful. I recommend making an appointment rather than trying to catch them in. They gave me a fair price and explained the process while checking the gold. I highly recommend.

I visited this well-established business located near South Hill mall for over 15 years. I worked with Erica who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She thoroughly explained the appraisal process, pricing, and payment process. Erica was great to work with offering advice when requested, and providing a pleasant, no pressure experience.

I took several pieces of jewelry to get appraised and evaluated for sale. The appraiser seemed very honest and explained that today only Gold is worth something, no longer are diamonds or emeralds worth much. Due to economy and due to now Diamonds can be man made perfectly and cheaper. This is what many of the shops explain.

I’m very please. I felt that I was being taken good care of. I did bring my stuff home pondering whether I wanted to sell it or not and you guys did offer to buy it from me and I was offered by you guys about $1000. I have silver and some collectible pieces and a really nice piece of jewelry. So I was thinking about coming back to see if the offer is still good. Great place to take your gold and silver. They gave me very fair pricing and explained things so I understood. The lady who runs the shop is extremely nice. They will get all of my future business.

This buyer is a scam. They will not pay a fair price. 9 ounces of gold sells for $36000. I was offered less than $800. She is taking advantage of desperate people.

2nd time coming in and honestly has always been very nice and generous. They give really good offers and help very much.

The process was pretty easy and the lady that I worked with was great in explaining my options. No pressure and very informative. The parking was the only issue and it probably had more to do with the added security features being installed at the time.
