The process was pretty easy and the lady that I worked with was great in explaining my options. No pressure and very informative. The parking was the only issue and it probably had more to do with the added security features being installed at the time.

Smooth, easy transaction.

I ordered some silver 12/2/25. The confirmation email said I should receive the items in 5-10 business days, and that I would be notified when the item shipped. I emailed them on the 9th business day inquiring about the status of my order as I have not heard from them. I did not receive a response. Ironically enough, this survey arrived the 10th business day since my pre-paid order. So apparently I cannot get any info as to why my order hasn’t shipped (I’m local so it should’ve already arrived), but I can get asked to fill out a customer satisfaction survey 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely stellar pricing and customer service! Very relaxed and no underselling or picking apart what I brought in. She even suggested breaking a very large and heavy mens ring I had to confirm it was solid gold to get me a much better price on it! It was the bright spot in an otherwise dreary day of torrential rain and traffic. Kind, helpful, informative, and all delivered with a smile! Best all around experience I have ever had selling precious metals- absolutely the only stop I make from here out! Between customer service and pricing they can't be beat!

First time seller. The gal was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Made it easy for this being the first time selling silver. Prices she offered seemed right in line with others I checked into. I will use her again.

I scheduled appointment last Monday morning at & or around 11 or 11:30but when I got to your guys shop, it was closed until Tuesday of last week. I believe it said.

Nobody showed up for scheduled appointment even though they emailed to confirm. Nobody answered the phone when I called, and I haven’t there’s been no word from them since then (last week!). I left 2 phone messages and an email.

From the initial phone call, booking the appointment, reviewing my pieces of jewelry to the payment, the process was easy. I highly recommend Puyallup Diamond and Gold Buyers!

The communication from the initial booking, to the evaluation, and eventual sale were top-notch. The evolution was fair and Eden even provided us with helpful information about the past, current, and future market of diamonds.

My experience was a good one. I sold a wedding ring very important to me and a another ring that was given to me from my deceased husband.
The gold buyer offered to take out the green stone in the ring from my husband so that I could still have the memories.
They went above and beyond to be fair and generous with me.

They were straight forward about evaluating the piece I brought in. They gave me cash but offered other options for payment. It was quick and painless.

I just had a great meeting with Eden last week! She was so helpful, informative and knowledgeable about my old vintage silver pieces that were not marked as silver, but turned out that they were. She was so kind to spend the time with me and answer all my questions. I will definitely be back and this will be the only place I go to in the area. Fair prices and great service.
