The quality of the puzzle was very poor even though the website stated the photo quality was good when I ordered it.

The puzzle quality was so poor I had to throw it away without completing.

Bought this for my son's 50th birthday. It was a picture of him and his family outside the house they built. It came quickly and was an unusual present. Good quality they all enjoyed it.

This recent purchase must be the 4th or 5th personalised puzzle I have purchased from Myphotopuzzle. Their service is second to none, creating the item online was easy despite the latest jigsaw having 60+ photos on. I entered a delivery address different to my billing address and it was dispatched there without any trouble or confusion. I was notified with progress of my order and when it reached the recipient (very promptly) the quality of the box, the printing on the jigsaw, the thickness of the pieces, their interlocking, etc could not be faulted at all. Another genuinely pleasant transaction with a brilliant company.

Puzzle delivered in time and to a delighted granddaughter. I was impressed at how simple the ordering process was and how impressive the actual jigsaw was. There was in issue with online payment but a quick phone call resolved this.

Ordered 2 different 1000 piece jigsaws as gifts. Recipients both enjoyed completing them. One jigsaw was missing a piece but excellent service in replacing jigsaw. Would buy again.

The frame is a perfect fit for the 1000 pce photo puzzle. I managed to frame it myself and it is now hanging on the wall. Thank you.

Excellent product, photos were really clear and the puzzle pieces fit together well. The only thing to watch out for is a fine blue dust that comes off the first time you make the puzzle.

Fantastic quality. I bought a 2000 piece personalised puzzle as a Christmas present for my mum. She was so happy with it. The photo’s printed great if we had got a smaller puzzle we would have framed it. I emailed the customer care team they got back to me promptly and solved the problem instantly. Thank you my photo puzzle I will be purchasing again :)
