My son loved his birthday gift. Efficient service from company. Slight issue with the delivery as I changed the delivery address after the order and it seemed to get stuck in the UK but issue resolved and delivered in time.

Found it rather difficult to find a template to suit our chosen photographs, and we had chosen too many photographs so had to be selective. A lot of our photos were Russian churches and needed ‘portrait’ style shapes. There only seemed to be one template that worked but we are very pleased with the result. Arrived well packed, good quality and on the expected date.

Easy to order,puzzle is great, communication is poor,2 emails sent, no reply,UPS delivery very poor,changed deliver date and puzzle was 2 days late as it was a birthday present ,very disappointed!!

Great product - so much fun to have a high quality jig-saw puzzle based on my own photos!

This is brilliant. I emailed the photograph and got the jig saw puzzle a week later. It’s a great concept and myphotopuzzle did a great job. Very efficient.

Had to go back to myphotopuzzle people as we had a piece missing! A couple of weeks later, we received a replacement puzzle. No fuss - just replaced.

I was bought a 1000 piece puzzle of our little granddaughters and once made up we decided to frame it. The made to measure one from the puzzle company seemed the best idea. A bit expensive, but fit perfectly, and we are very pleased.

Having ordered a puzzle for my dad in June last year and been really impressed I ordered another one in December for my mum, however, when completed there were 7 pieces missing and a few pieces from another puzzle. The quality was not on a par either, puzzle pieces or quality of colour. Such a shame as they loved the first one.

I complained and the service was excellent and they immediately replaced it but the quality was still poor.

I am still waiting for it to arrive! I had a UPS notification of delivery three weeks ago. And UPS forces you to create an account to make an enquiry. Suffice to say I will not bother in future
