Breach of guidelines
A year of frustration
Nearly a year ago, in the summer of 2025, we ordered your PVY Z20 Pro Evo model, which we waited months for, and which still doesn’t work due to some mysterious fault that a second engineer is now trying to fix.
In the meantime, we’ve tried three things, unfortunately to no avail:
1: Help us fix the bike. This didn’t work. They keep asking for more and more photos of various connectors, which hasn’t led anywhere so far.
2: If that’s impossible, then replace it, and please send us one that works. You ignored this request.
3: We asked for a refund so that we could at least buy a bike that works and that we can use. This request was also ignored.
After nearly a year, we are left with a factory-defective, completely inoperable bicycle. We cannot ride it, we cannot fix it, yet we have spent all the money we had set aside for it. We have engaged in a series of lengthy and frustrating exchanges with various "engineers", who have so far been unable to help in any way.

I'm in love with the Z20 PLUS 1000 Watt Motor E-Bike that I recently purchased! I rode bikes around the nation for over two years and read a lot of reviews. Just three weeks ago, I finally purchased this bike, and I've already driven almost 300 miles on it!

A full day of driving is readily covered by the battery. It seems sturdy, the brakes are dependable, and the motor helps smoothly. The only issue is that it requires some effort to carry upstairs, but other than that, I'm really pleased with it.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from PVY Bike.
I participated in their affiliate program and generated commission, which has been fully tracked in their system. However, I have been waiting for payment since November 2025, with no resolution.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I either received vague responses like “please wait a few more days” or no response at all. The issue has now been ongoing for several months.
This raises serious concerns about how this company handles its obligations and communication. In my case, a legitimate payment has simply not been processed.
Whether you are a customer or an affiliate partner, I would strongly advise caution. Based on my experience, there is a real risk of unreliable support and unresolved issues.
I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

Ordered a pvy z 20 plus bike early…
Ordered a pvy z 20 plus bike early March and it still hasn’nt been shipped as of the 4th. April. They have asked me on a few occasions for my address and still get it wrong. I have asked for a refund and they have now stopped communicating with me. I so wish I had read reviews about this company, before ordering this bike. Avoid this company like the plague.

PVY folding e-bike
We were satisfied with the performance of our first PVY bike, the Libon Dual, which gave us a great riding experience from day one. Because of this positive experience, we recently decided to purchase a second folding bike, the Z20 Max.
The delivery was prompt and well-organized, and PVY kept us clearly informed throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. Once again, the bike delivers excellent performance and meets our expectations perfectly.
Overall, we are very happy with both our purchases and can confidently recommend PVY to others looking for reliable and high-performing e-bikes.

Very very poor aftercare
I loved the bike, but its faulty now and their customer service is very poor. i am trying to communicate with them but they keep asking for the same information multiple times like they are trying to put me off and not honouring the warranty. I only got my bike last June. They told me to take it to London to get fixed which is a 2.5 hour drive for me. They also asked me to inspect the electrical wiring (I am not an electrician). I took photo’s of all the wiring that they can zoom in on but this wasn’t good enough either. This has been ongoing since 26 Feb! I am speaking with the credit card company tomorrow that i used to pay for it as they have failed to honour the warranty. I really hope this post will help others change their mind about buying from this company

WATCH OUT for their return policy, its a scam!
WATCH OUT for their return policy. I want to return my bike. Did not open the package. They charge EUR 200!!! for sending back a EUR 799 bought bike. My own shipping company charges me only EUR50, but PVY does not accept me sending the package myself. Avoid this company, they try to rip you off whenever they can!

I ordered one of the new PVY MAX26 1000…Bad decision!
I ordered one of the new PVY MAX26 1000 watt bikes. It was supposed to be an amazing experience on a duel motor bike. It has been a disaster. The bike is defective and has no speed control. It either has no power at all or simply jumps into racing along at 28 MPH, sometime it actually jumps across the road as its not controllable when this kind of speed kicks in. Its both defective and dangerous. The worst part is that PVY bikes are not replacing or refunding me. I have been trying for 4 months now to get this fixed, replaced or refunded and have now had to refer to my credit card supplier. Thank god I didn't buy this on a debit card as I would be left with a £1200 DANGER MACHINE. Beware buyer!!! PVY BIKES HAVE NO UK BASE, YOU CANT PHONE THEM, EMAILS ONLY. It would also seem there is NO EU base either. All inquiries route via China. These are NOT a credible company. There are many other manufacturers out there and I would urge you to seek an alternative make.

PVY Z20 Plus Servicing or lack thereof.
Z20 Plus. Great bike. Downside is there is no ebike shop that will service it anywhere in Scotland. Don't buy PVY if you don't know how to service it yourself. Can't use it now as the cycle shops won't even replace the rear brake pad due to them not being insured to touch the motor. Shocking that PVY haven't sorted this.

I have to say that PVY’s customer service has been excellent so far. I contacted them by email and they have always answered my questions and concerns. Regarding the ease of purchase, I have no complaints at all—it’s simple and straightforward, and you can complete the purchase in just a few steps, with several payment options available.
At the moment, they have very good offers on all their models, and they also send promotional codes by email. Also, they offer exclusive discounts for students, teachers, and healthcare workers, though it would be great if they extended them to more countries.
So far, everything has been very satisfactory.
Finally, once I receive my e-bike and have had some time to test it, I’ll be happy to update my opinion with a clear and honest review.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Unprofessional, Avoid
I strongly advise others to stay well away from PVY.
My bike order was delayed for weeks, and when it was finally marked as “delivered,” it never reached me. The courier left the bike unattended in a publicly accessible communal lobby, which anyone from the street or building could access. I did not authorise this, and the bike was never handed to me.
To make matters worse, PVY provided a “proof of delivery” signature that was not mine, along with a delivery photo that clearly showed the bike was not delivered to my door or to me personally. Despite this clear evidence, I was repeatedly told to “wait longer,” with no timeframe, and was even pressured to contact the police for a delivery that never reached my possession.
Over three weeks passed with no meaningful progress, no replacement, and no refund, despite me requesting a full refund multiple times. Communication was repetitive and unhelpful, and responsibility was constantly pushed back onto me as the customer.
I also find it very concerning that while negative feedback appears to be removed from PVY’s own website, independent platforms like Trustpilot show many similar complaints. That says a lot.
This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve now had no choice but to recover my money through my bank.
Avoid this company and shop elsewhere.

Don’t complain just report them.
Instead of continuing complaining we have laws against this in the EU, and the Netherlands. So i suggest everyone report them to whatever organisation you have in your country that could possible investigate. In The Netherlands its NVWA. so they can prevent them from selling their crap in the EU. Clearly Pvy bike has no intrest in selling quality products and safe products are not a priority. I have had this bike for a year and half. When i came back from a vacation i smelled something burning in my hallway. I took the battery out of the bike and saw that it had a burn mark. This is a complete safety hazerd. When i told customer service they told me it was my own fault. And i can buy a new battery. Why do they think i would want to waste my money on something that could burn my appartment building down. That is insane to me.

While I experienced a few minor technical issues, everything was handled quickly and with professionalism. I also had specific requests regarding FNUCI registration and invoice documentation for legal compliance in France, and the team was attentive and helpful throughout the process.As for the bike itself — PVY PLUS 1000 excellent. The design is sleek and stylish, the gear shifting is smooth and precise, and the electric assist makes every ride effortless. The saddle is a bit firm, but those are small details that can easily be addressed. Overall, the value for money is unbeatable — especially considering how practicality the bike is.
