Ruined bike vacation in France
We pre-ordered a pair of PVY Z20 Pro bikes for my wife and I, which were delivered well ahead of our arrival at our holiday destination. So far so good!
Assambly was easy, all part were ok, just the tires a bit deflated … normal, but good.
What caused our disastrous experience was that the bolt holding together the pedal broke of on the first ride when stepping on it to start the bike without the motor assistance. We managed ti haphazardly tie the pedal with some tape, but an few hours later the pedal on the bike broke in the same way. We tried the same temporary fix, but a few miles onwards my wife’s pedal completely broke of so she had to pedal (luckily possible as it is an ebike). Anyway our bike vacation is ruined!

There must be a serious design issue that the bolts on the oedals of two different bikes break immediately!
The second problem is with the soft rear bag we bought. The bags, in particular when they are empty are completely unstable. The straps slide from side to side on the rear mounted tray and there is nothing to fix it on the front and rear. Its a bad design and oversized compared to the tray.
While the company is very responsive, they are unable to offer real solutions and try to buy you off with useless offers of aceccories. That would have been ok, if we would have received a replacement pedal immediately, but they are being shipped from China with no foreseeable arrival date, most likely they will arrive well after our departure.
We now wanted to return the items but the company is not providing a solution for that! Given we are in a holiday resort we have disposed of the boxes which makes a return inpossible.
Really bad experience!

This is my first e-bike and I am impressed with its performance. The excellent pedal assist makes riding effortless. The torque sensor is a rarity in bikes of this class and works brilliantly. Folding the bike is easy and it can be conveniently transported in the trunk. The only things I can complain about are the seat post, which is a bit too short (an extra 5 cm would be useful), and the somewhat uncomfortable saddle. Everything else is great!

Update! After I confermed to PVY my intention to get the case to court, the next day PVY refunded me, coincidence or not, I don't know, but the bank problem solved all of a sudden! After assuring me that everything would go smoothly this time around if I were to place another order. I did it and indeed, the bike came in time, was easy to assemble and it is smooth in ride! My one does a weird sound at the rear wheel and I intend to take it to a service, but it rides ok and it is indeed comfortable, as other users mention! The bike itself is worth the money, but be aware you may have problems with the costumer service and the bike comes without a warranty, so it is all on you, if something happens, read carefully their terms and conditions on the site.
Save your money and sanity and run away from this company!!! I placed an order on their site and shortly after I received and email stating they had an issue and can't provide the product i ordered and are offering me a different one! I accepted! BIG MISTAKE! as after that the nightmare started , they had problems with the shipment company and when I opened a dispute with the bank they quickly reached out to ask me cancel it and I did! SECOND HUGE MISTAKE! Since that, for two months now, we're going back and forth trough emails me providing all the confirmations that my bank HAVE PAID THEM and PVY just keep lying they have not received my payments and can't send the product in this case! Avoid them at all costs !!!!!

Very easy and compact bike. Easy to ride and very solid even for this 16kg lightweight bike. I love it. Battery power is good. Only the red backlight makes trouble falling off sometimes.

I was hesitant about purchasing an e-bike but am so happy that I did! It far exceeded my expectations. The look of the bike, how it feels to ride it and the performance and ease of operating the bike. I also love the way the bike has the suspension on the front. That really makes such a big difference in riding comfort. I live in a European city with quite a lot of uneven road surfaces and I can honestly say the suspension makes every ride comfortable!

For the price, the PVY EVO is a solid and durable electric bike. The torque sensor makes the ride more responsive. I like the design and workmanship, the paint looks very high-end, everything works well, I still need to test it more and I will continue to share my experience. By the way, the delivery speed was very fast and the customer service was always responsive, which dispelled my previous concerns. I recommend PVY.

This bike makes getting around so much easier. It’s light, folds up quickly, and has just the right amount of power for city riding. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but customer service kept me updated. Loving it so far.

the bike is just amazing!!! 2 days since I have it and I can't get off it, the design is very beautiful, I drive it even without electricity and it's great when you walk your dog, in electric mode it's a real beast on big hills you fly without stopping !!! simply an amazing bike and the price is ridiculous for what you get. I'm just amazed!! great job PVY PLUS!

First of all the bike is brilliant I had a problem with delivery but pvy were absolutely brilliant they were so helpful and done every thing they could to resolve the issue they even sent me a lovely bag for free I would definitely recommend them there customer service is fantastic 👍👍👍

I bought the Libon online. On the website it said it would be delivered in 7 to 10 workdays. It took 3 months to arrive. Customer service did respond but they couldn’t make the process go faster. In the end they offered me a gift as compensation for the enormous delay. The gift hasn’t arrived yet….. 😥
The bike itself is ok. You have to know though that when you try to go over 20 km an hour, you have to pedal to fast with your legs. So with driving support 20 km is max. There are no gears on this bike. I chose this one because it’s light weight and long range.

That was at the beginning of May, and since then, we've had very good and fast communication. Since the bikes weren't available, I inquired once a week and always received friendly replies and a message that the bikes were now available. Unfortunately, gray wasn't available yet, and we were politely asked if silver gray would be an option. That wasn't a problem, and we received the bikes very quickly. The packaging was good, and the bikes were fully assembled in 5 minutes. Just hop on and go! We're very happy we chose these lightweight bikes. The quality and service are worthy of 5 stars. On June 16, 2025, I ordered a Z20 Plus from PVY’s website (pvybike.com), selecting a [KaKi] model. The website gave no indication that this color was out of stock, so I proceeded with full payment. However, on June 17, 2025, I received an email stating that my chosen color was unavailable and was asked to select a different color. This left me feeling misled and deeply disappointed.
This was my first time purchasing a e-bike and my first experience with PVY, and I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the inaccurate stock information on the website wasted my time and forced me to accept a color I didn’t want, completely ruining my shopping experience. As I urgently needed the e-bike , I had no choice but to comply, which added to my frustration.
I urge PVY to improve their website’s inventory management to prevent other customers from facing similar issues. I also expect appropriate compensation, such as a discount or partial refund, to address this inconvenience. I have contacted customer service . but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I hope PVY takes customer feedback seriously and improves their service.

I previously shared my disappointment with PVY for paying £1040 for a PLUS 1000 in Khaki (beige), only to be told it was out of stock after purchase, while similar bikes are available elsewhere for £946. PVY has since offered a restock by late July 2025, a £124 refund, a rear seat bag, and a folding water cup, with 5-7 working day delivery to the UK. However, I’m concerned about their reliability, as they haven’t responded to my review, and the long wait until August is inconvenient. I’m awaiting clear confirmation of the refund and shipping details. I hope PVY delivers, but their stock inaccuracies and lack of response raise doubts. Will update once resolved.

At first i thought it was a hacker webpage.
It took a long time to decide to purchase one.
On the web it says 5-7 days too deliver.
It was 9 days, but reseved it well and in good condition.
On a paper i ask the delivery person to call me up when its arrived, and he did and waited till i came. Well service.

See my earlier complaint from a few months ago. Got a bike that was unhinged, not functioning properly and does not fold because it takes too much strength to do it. They assured me that I could go to a bikerepairshop and they would pay the bill. And I did. And now they refuse to pay the bill. Have not gotten an apology for the bad bike they provided and the customerservice is a nightmare. So PVY Jackson or what your name is... You can respond again to this complaint by saying that you are improving your costumer service but its just words... I have written proof that I told you how much the repair would cost and I have written proof that you promised to pay the bill. Now you say that a refund is too difficult and want to give me 'presents'(????) that I have no use for. All the while I still cannot fold a bike that should be able to fold. I have two other bikes that work just fine, so I know full well how this bike should function. I bought the bike in august 2024 and its been a nighmare up till now. I have been downright lied to. Told you the repair would cost between 60-100 euro's. It turned out to be more. But you're only willing to pay 30 euro's. You should have said so when I asked you to put in black and white how much you were going to pay, but you cleverly disregarded this as you continuously disregard things I say and ask. Shame on you.

I bought a PVY turbo.Insanely cool looking and well presented on the webpage It was delivered with racks missing, even though ordered. One was delivered separately to be installed by me. They showed unable to deliver the other. Got the money back after a 2 months long wait for the missing rear rack. Earlier it was promised to be back in stock 2 months later, which didn't happen.
A tyre blew for no reason, replacing it with a quality tyre and tube was around 200 Euros.
The brakes of this heavy and powerful bike are absolutely insufficient and dangerous.
However, after less than 20k the bike stopped working at all.
Their "customer support" sends me YouTube links on tutorials on how to fix it myself and demanded a video of me doing a bike mechanics and electronics job.
That's not how customer service or warranty works, guys....
899 Euros out the window...
Throw your money out the window, burn it or give it to a homeless person, and you save on a lot of frustration.
So far all mechanics reduce to repairing the bike, as it is a Chinese low-quality product way below any modern standards.
Diagnosing the damage is a bit more than 100 Euros but they cannot fix it.
Overall 1200 Euro gone for less than 20 k on this wreck. And a lot of frustration on top.

I was expected to receive both the products in a single delivery.
I would like to cancel the order regarding the helmet, because I was expecting to receive it at the same time of the bike.
At this time, I have the bike but I cannot use it, because of the missing helmet.

We really like the Bike and the Design. We already own an PVY Z20 Plus and had no problems so far. Unfortuneatly the bike we ordered for my wife arrived with a noticeable scratch in the paintwork. We contacted the PVY support and will see how they handle the issue.

Waiting time from 28th of February, tried to communicate with them only answer I had “please be a little more patient” just to find out that after 2 months my order couldn’t be processed, and had to reorder on mid May. Very disappointed will sell my bike and don’t wanna hear anymore about PVY.
