I just ordered my ebike from PVY. The online support was very helpful, kind and could answer all my questions.

Im very excited to receive my bike, until now everything has been perfect:)

For the time being I only can comment on costumer service, they responded me on time and although they didn't have color I want but I changed it and now my order is send to logistics, I only can comment again with new review if my order is reacted on time, so for now for costumer service I will give them 4/5.

On February 28th I ordered the z20 plus from the official website. On March 4th it was shipped from Ireland and sent back again because the seller did not pay the necessary shipping costs. I have been in contact with support through WhatsApp, who would not send a new bike before they received it. On March 14th they sent a new bike, this time from Poland. I still have not received anything, and according to the tracking, it is still in Poland.
The money was deducted from my account on March 4th, and there is still no bike.
This is really bad service, and the only response you get is a poor excuse.

Can't comment on the bike yet as it was a preorder and waiting for delivery. I can comment on customer service and website. Website easy to use and easy to compare the different bikes so you can choice one that suits your needs. Customer service has been very helpful and quickly to respond to any queries I have had.

The customer service is amazing & resolved my issues very quickly.

The PVY turbo itself can handle heavy bumps on the road, can handle heavy weight like 120-150kg easily and uphills with that 750w motor still locked at 15.5mph makes hill climbs and acceleration easy.

I have ordered my PVY Z20 1000 plus on the 4th of March, everything went smooth for a start, the 5th I received a mail stating that my package was ready to be shipped, I tracked my package from ireland an on the 12th of March I should have been delivered to me in Denmark - but due to “miscommunication” between PVY and delivery companies my package was to large to handle and has now been shipped back to ireland where it landed 17th of March - today 20th of march I haven’t recieved any updates from PVY and my mails in not being replyed…

Punctual and efficient customer care, they took care of my requests. I would recommend PVY to a friend.

I’ve been told that the delivery is delayed again! Sort out your service, PVY! I spent a lot of time looking for this bike, and now that I’ve finally found one, it keeps getting delayed. I’m not sure I can trust this company anymore. When I placed the order, the delivery was supposed to take 5 days. Then I got an email saying it would take 3 more weeks, and now another email saying it’ll take another month! Absolutely DISAPPOINTING!

I bought mine 2 weeks ago today. It arrive in ireland in 3 days. Very happy with the bike. I got 40k on a full battery. Using all power modes. Unlocked its very powerful. The battery says 14amp and it also says 14a in the manual. But on the website it says 10a

Bought the PVY Libon international. Received perfect on time! Everything looks really great! Great value for money!! Really relax to drive it! The only thing what could be done, is to put in 2 chargers instead of 1 if you buy the one with 2 batteries…
Further everything works as you expect and a pleasure to drive!!

This ebike work as promised and i like it very much. Så much freedom . Also foldable so you can take it on bus/train/car /boat-. I tested them all. It is quality in this product

So far so good Libon as delivered everything I needed from a bike,light weight great stopping power and no more oily chain, only covered a few miles at the moment but I found the bike easy to use and very quiet in operation thanks for providing a great bike at a great price would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a folding bike

I'm using PVY Z20 PLUS from almost 2years.I would say its amazing , comfortable.I bought few times for my finds as well.Everyone who they are using they are really love to ride it.Highly recommend.

I've already written a review, but I'm updating it now because I'm so outraged. On 26 February, after nearly 50 letters, we finally got around to sending the torque sensor. Now they are claiming stock shortage. The replacement battery I ordered was incorrectly wired at the outlets. A technician had to fix it, on my own dime. Can't use the bike because the engine keeps stalling when I push the pedal harder. I am sick of this company. They replied to my previous post that I should write another email and they would fix the problem. Nothing happened. I am demanding my money back. If nothing else, I will take legal action. I paid €1668 for a piece of junk. Only people who have a working bike write positive reviews here. I say again, avoid this company.

I ordered the PVY Z20 Plus from PVY,

1. The handle bars will not stay straight despite tightening the up as much as possible

2. The Back break will not work, its non existent

I have asked for my money back as this looks like a lemon, I am sure other things will go wrong. I am not a bike expert I just wanted to sit on the bike turn it on and get riding.

They want me to go to a video and try and fix it my self which I have tried and the video does not work, now they are telling me to go to a local shop and pay for it to get repaired my self. They claim they will reimburse me but I should not be going through this

I have directly in no uncertain terms asked for my money back , but it looks like they are refusing to do so it even though I have only had the bike 7 days. THis isn't right

I placed an order with PVY, and from the start, I had issues with delivery and customer service. The estimated delivery time was 7 days, but it has been over 15 days, and my product has still not been delivered.

Additionally, I was informed that the model I purchased is not in stock, even though the website showed it as available. At no point was I notified of this, and the company has shown no commitment to resolving the issue.

They promised a tracking number that was never sent and have been constantly delaying the solution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency, communication, and respect for the customer.

I do not recommend PVY and hope they take action to improve their service and fulfill their commitments.

My husband loves the bike, delivery very fast and also I missed delivery and they had no problem responding and reschedule me for the next day.. brilliant I have to say..

Bought 2 PVY bikes which were advised as arriving separately on 2 days - not a problem.
First one arrived and was unpacked and assembled. Very well packaged, and I was very pleased with the quality of the build.
However, we quickly realised that the second bike, due to arrive next day, would be too large for my wife! I emailed and asked for a Customer Service Advisor to call me. Promptly next morning I had an email promising assistance and advising WhatsApp would be used first.

I was assisted by 'Jackson' from PVY Bikes, and very quickly he realised my dilemma. His advice was prompt and 'on-point' and a plan devised before the 2nd bike arrived. He had contacted their logistics people, and within 2 hours the second bike was on its way back to PVY.

I pointed out that the sizing information on their website is not easily found (especially if being viewed on a small device like a phone) and my recommendation to make an improvement was quickly accepted and passed on to the relevant people to make a needed change.

Further Jackson continued to assist with ensuring a bike suitable for my wife was selected, and with no issue at all it will be sent as soon as the returned bike is on it's way back.

Product excellent, Customer Service is outstanding in my view. Courteous, prompt, quick to assure that assistance will be given. I will have no hesitation to purchase again, and highly recommend to others

The merchandise arrived early, it was a pleasant surprise, very well packed, everything stated was adhered to by the seller. Thank you very much.

The Bike is a Beast, very very happy with it!! This bike is really very powerful and can climb any hill
